You initially booked a package which was delivered exactly as agreed. At your review, although the full amount of product had already been used correctly, you raised a minor concern. As a gesture of goodwill — not obligation — we offered a complimentary top-up of 40ml.
It’s important to note that aesthetic treatments cannot ‘rectify’ anything in a clinical sense, as there is no universal “correct” look — results are always subjective and based on personal preference. For this reason we are unable to guarantee satisfaction based on preference alone.
Even so, we attempted this and went above and beyond by providing over four times the amount of additional product originally discussed (160ml and not 40ml which we initially decided) — completely free of charge — simply to try and make you happy. This was done in the spirit of care and kindness, despite the real cost to us in terms of both high-quality, medical-grade product and practitioner time.
While we always want our clients to leave feeling their best, we cannot provide unlimited filler or guarantee individual taste outcomes, which can vary greatly.
You left your appointment expressing that you were happy, and we hadn’t heard from you since. We’re therefore disappointed to receive this review- or be told we are not solution based- given the efforts made on our part to go well beyond what was required. There would be no other reason outside of wanting happy customers or to provide solutions that a business will provide 160ml of filler for free to someone.
