I am an ordinary foreigner working in Saudi Arabia. I have four banks, and the newly opened bank, SNB, provides very poor service, especially their staff services. Our situation sitting in front of their staff is the most pitiful. We don't see a single smile on their faces. Their faces look like we've committed some kind of murder.
If you want to see their smiles, if a Saudi customer comes in, their facial expressions completely change. You can see them smiling and talking to them for a long time, more interested in the matter than we are. So it's not because they don't know, but because they want to see us as a local.
