The bag I chose was out of stock but they were able to substitute it for another bag of my choosing at the same price. I have purchased 4 times from Sneakbag and they are always professional, quality of goods is outstanding, and delivery is quick and easy. Can’t wait for my next purchase!
They’re reliable and their bags are great. Also great communication.

I have purchased 3 bags and they are all gorgeous! I had an issue with an LV clasp. After communicating with them about the broken lock, they sent me a replacement and said for me to keep the original as well (which I'm giving to my 12 year old daughter). They have been a pleasure to work with and quality is and has been #1. Will continue to purchase so long as my wallet allows lol.

The bag that arrived was NOT like their photo, was stiff and trim/handle was Plastic, not leather. Strong chemical odor. It had been shipped in a thin envelope half the size needed, so it arrived permanently creased and lopsided. Started immediate RETURN. while they authorized the return they refused to send a shipping label saying Id be reimbursed. I WAS NOT.
WORSE? the return address, name and phone belonged to ANOTHER CUSTOMER who was shocked to get my bag in the mail. They denied it was the wrong address. Luckily I bought using PayPal and I started a fraud case. They do not honor their Return Policy. Lies from beginning to end AND a garbage product.

I ordered two bags. I received one. I've tried to contact the company via email and via text, but no response. I will have to cancel my credit card payment, but don't understand why they don't contact me after a week of trying...

Sneakbag customer service is fantastic!!! Best I have experienced from any seller. There was a shipping issue, outside of their own responsibility, and they rectified it immediately and proactively communicated with me the entire process. I didn’t even realize that there was a problem! The quality of the product is by far the best I have seen. Will be a repeat customer for sure!!! :)

This company has the highest quality handbags at reasonable prices. Customer service is also excellent. They reached out to me before mailing me a bag that was slightly different on the inside than pictured when I bought it and allowed me the option to cancel the order. Most imitation bag companies aren't as credible and dependable. This is truly an excellent company.

Only used my handbag ((LV Couissin PM, Navy) a few times, and the center zipper already broke. I’ve sent over a dozen emails about getting this repaired or exchanged, and nothing. The only email was they have a 7 day return policy after purchase. It took 3 weeks to get it, so that 7 days passed before I received it. Worst customer service, they don’t stand by their products. Pick another store to buy from, they are the WORST.
** in response to your reply, after emailing you for several weeks I did in fact receive an email from you on December 25, 2023 in reference to my order number 11664, stating that you will only return or exchange the product seven days after the delivery date, so you clearly do know I am, and I am in your system, and nowhere on your website did it state the seven day return policy. I received my bag at the end of November, and only used it three times, and considering what I paid for it the zipper should last more than three uses. I stand by my first review, you are a very unethical company as well as being extremely deceptive.
