Delighted to have found and ordered a pair of shoes for my son’s Christmas present. He fell in love with these back in the summer in a boutique shop in Montreal and we were all over the moon to finally be able to get them! Transaction to delivery was all very smooth and quick. Thank you!

Order cancelled after being told it would come this week.
I didn't want to write this review, but the service was awful. While your communication was somewhat effective, you replied to 2 out of 3 emails, there were significant issues. In the last email, which Tim sent last week, I was told to expect delivery this week. However, when I emailed again today, three weeks after placing the order, I received a response shortly after, informing me that my order was canceled because it couldn't be fulfilled and that a refund was being processed. I don't understand the lack of communication on this occasion, and I must say I'm very disappointed.

Paid £300 for a pair of trainer still…
Paid £300 for a pair of trainer still not received them after a week Communication is very poor and they don’t want to seem to help I was ment to be sign for delivery but was left out on someone’s drive with the picture I got don’t even have a drive anyone advise what to do now as payed with clear pay and they won’t help either

Hi Matthew, thank you for your review. We believe the item has delivered correctly as on Google street view, the driveway is away from view of the residential street. Unfortunately we will not be able to help further because of this

I was very sceptical to buy as I haven’t brought from one of these sites before, but I can say I’m very pleased. I got the thunders for my sons 13th they arrived quickly & 100% authentic.
