I ordered a pair of Nike high tops they came looked ok at first but nothing like the ones my friend had purchased,
They did not look authentic and were the wrong size, I had to pay £12 to send them back so be aware of the return fee.
Tim I Believe to be the owner of sneaker scam told me he wasn’t refunding me my money and accused me of sending the wrong size of trainers back to him.
I honestly couldn’t believe it several emails and weeks later he said I will give you back £110 I paid £190, I’m still trying to get my other £80 it’s now in the hands
I if my credit card company, I’ve since talked to a client who had a similar experience with this company read the one star reviews for yourself lots of 1 star reviews calling this a fake company with fake reviews trainers not turning up etc etc constant scamming going on like the other customers I think his 5 star reviews are all fake please read before you order .
You will see a pattern of things going wrong scamming at it’s best if he’s doing this every so often think how much he’s conning customers out there money I just hope all the other folk that have been scammed write a review to warn folk there are so many other reputable sneaker companies on line that are way more cheaper and authentic than this guy, I’m sure he does send out authentic trainers now and again but only refunding me part of my money back is unacceptable. Hopefully my credit card company will get it back to me.

So easy to order and really quick delivery. Searched for a few days for these, other sites stating 10-14 days delivery. Ordered and delivered in 5 days! Thanks again x

Was a little unsure about ordering from sneaker safe as it wasn’t a website which I’d heard of as much as others, however I received outstanding communication and a prompt response from customer services when queried where the parcel was. It then arrived the next day - even better than what they looked in the photo. Highly recommend :)

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Sneaker Safe as i’d never heard of them before, but after the Jordans i’d been eyeing up for months went up to £400 on laced i thought i’d give them a try. Shoes arrived in perfect condition within 4 days of ordering. I was updated throughout the process and very happy with my purchase. There may be mixed reviews on this site but in my experience they were fantastic and I will definitely be buying from them again!

Great experience trainers came on time had to do a size exchange sent it back and 2 days later the trainers came back plus my refund as the different size was 20 pounds cheaper honestly very professional and would recommend well done sneaker safe im definitely going to be back thank you

Bought some trainers from here and like others have said they never turned up. I waited 3 weeks checking the royal mail website which only said "we're expecting it" Got in contact with SneakerSafe and they did eventually refund me as apparently the trainers "got lost in transit" Seems a bit shady to me in all honesty.

Overall good communication and good customer service. Shoes are authentic just one flow is regarding the delivery. Was expecting the item to arrive in 1-4 working days however it took 7 days. There was some delay in sourcing the product however I was kept updated every time I emailed them with quick responses. I would recommend but just be wary of delivery time that the item may take slightly longer, but if you face any issues you can be assured to be kept updated by Tim.

I ordered and paid around 400 for a pair of limited edition Nike trainers at end nov 23. Delivery was meant to be in 4 days. It took around a month and despite responsive communication from the company each time I contacted them, the story changed from they will be sent next week, ready for despatch and the. Eventually to problems trying to source the shoes. Eventually got them about a month later. It was before Xmas but the box was ripped and the paper inside around the shoes was very crumpled. What was annoying was that the trainers in the same size were still being advertised as in stock and for £90 cheaper during the whole time I was waiting. Shoes were fine but overall service was not great and came in box which was torn and paper crumpled. I contacted the company afterwards with this info but no response.

Cannot complain in any way. Had the specific trainers and size at a reasonable price (well for what is collectibles). Great contact kept me up to date with things and would have no concerns if looking to buy from the site again. Order delivered in safe packaging too.

I was desperately trying to find a specific pair of limited edition Air Jordans in the UK. Sneakersafe not only had exactly what I was looking for but their delivery was swift and safe, unlike other companies supplying the same service. Communication throughout the sale and delivery was excellent which made me feel very secure with my purchase, and the fact that you can return if needed sealed the deal for me.

I will definitely look to buy from Sneakersafe again in the future.

THIS IS FAKE COMPANY WITH FAKE REVIEWS - STOLE MY MONEY AND PRETENDED TO SEND SHOES SENT FAKE TRACKING NUMBER !!!! Just trying to scam people then eventually refund you ! They gave me fake Royal Mail tracking number and pretended they shipped it when they never and had no intention to.
