Those “free returns” get recycled and sent to new customers so you will receive a product that is used and stubborn against teeth. I got refunded hundreds of dollars by threatening to chargeback with my bank.

The Nite Pro got dispartched very swiftly. Not so swiftly when I contacted Snorblok a few days later stating that the mouth guard dislodges and is a potential choking hazard. I have contacted a 2nd time to ask for a reimbursement and still waiting for a response.
I also have swollen mouth and tongue with blisters and a burning sensation which I hadn't straight away associated with the wearing of the mouth guard.
I have asked the bank for a chargeback on credit card. Fingers crossed this will work.
Also made a complaint with Consumer Commission as this is an unsafe product.

Brought a chin strap. I live alone but my team constantly complain of my snoring so I thought I'd try something to aleviate it. The word my room mate used to describe my snoring with it on was "Biblical". Now reading the other reviews here I wish I'd looked it up first.
It's also the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. Wish I could send it back, but it's been two months and if the other reviews are to be believed, they wouldn't respond in any case.

Well they took my money easy enough.
I purchased a Nitepro at $97.
After it arrived I had trouble moulding it to my teeth so after the third time I just persevered with it. It worked but only using twice a week for four weeks all ok. Then I started getting what appeared a burning sensation, the inside of my mouth was red and sore, it left a dry sensation in my mouth.
I have tried emailing the company but it just bounced back.
Don't buy one.!!!!

waste of time, like all stop snoring devices, none actually work.
I was foolish to try two. Firstly the mouthpiece, made me dribble like a St Bernard, terribly dangerous, I'd be worried about choking on my saliva. Read for 30 minutes with it in, had to remove it before I went to sleep, as I wanted to wake up alive.
Recently tried the head/chin brace strap thing, its meant to pull the jaw forward to prevent snoring, for $20 thought I had only $20 to lose. Initially put it on ok, but after a couple of minutes my nose blocked up. I put up with it seeing if my nose would clear, but nope.
Persevered, again, for about 30 minutes and then took it off, with a few minutes my nose was clear. I guess its pressing on some snot sack somewhere causing my nose to block.
Whilst I don't expect to be able to return something that has been in my mouth, the head strap I do. I have asked for an RMA and have received it. So whilst the product didn't work for me, atleast they do respond, in my case, to emails.

I wish I had read the reviews. A crap product that doesn’t mould to teeth at all. A scam sadly. I guess it’s just $60 down the drain but it’s wrong that they do this to people.

I received the product, but it will not mould at all like it should, and it is larger than a normal mouth will take. I have 3 times sent an email with no response - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from this company ! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but good luck getting a response by email !

I bought a Snorblok package, which arrived. However, the guard is so big that it just falls out of my mouth. I emailed them for help, but I have been ignored. Please do NOT purchase from this company. Save your money and ask your pharmacy to order what you need.

Dodgey! It states they are on Trade Me also (which they are not, probably been removed as they are dodgey). No contact phone numbers only an email address. Not a registered company! I ordered one of these to only find out the person I bought it for already had one (from another company). I've asked for a refund (before they even send it). No reply then I read all the negative reviews and am wondering if I'll get my money back. If not - I will be going on all social media sites and advising everyone to spread the word - share, share share ... do not buy from this company then I'll be reporting it to the Govt Fraud Unit. They do like to hear about sites that rip people off.

i also received a used mouthguard but the worst part is my tooth shifted from the mould (despite repeated attempts to remould) and I've had to spend thousands of dollars on invisible alligners to fix it, I wish I was joking.

Will never go near them again. I quired a product 3 weeks ago they said it was correct one. Purchased for $57 and arrived about 5 days later. Wasnt the correct product so Ive sent email on email and theyve ignored me. Money down the drain, they were all happy to respond when taking money then nothing after.

I received a USED dental guard from this company that showed yellowing on the side parts and dried saliva along the front. Upon trying to get in touch email bounced back and the phone number did not work. This is a proper scam and utterly appalling. Sending me an item that has been in someone else's mouth and charging me full price. I will report this. Do not buy from them!!!
