Best cheese I've tasted for a long time!!

Gift for my dad. He says the cheese is delicious, especially when paired with the chutney recommended in the guide. Fast chilled delivery.

Beautiful presentation and sublime cheeses and chutneys a wonderful present witith cheeseboard and truckle knife. The package was much appreciated.

The Rockstar cheese is sublime. A tangy flavour with an ooh so smooth texture. Will definitely be ordering more of that flavour. Black Bomber has long been a favourite.

Delivery made today in 34 degrees, DHL did not knock or ring the doorbell, checked on delivery time at 6.00 found delivery on front step in direct sun.
Cheese was soft , wax melted the only ice block was a polythene bag which was completely melyed, the insulation was bubble wrap, so cheese completely ruined. With the current temperature certainly a complete lack of insulation and cooling blocks, might have not saved the situation, but certainly didn’t help. We do have a cupboard in the porch that it could have been left in. Maybe DHL not the best choice of carrier. Waiting on response
UPDATE. a new replacement sent, received safely in to me directly, driver did try to hand over a box of gravel in error, admitted he had delivered the previous one showed him the cupboard by the front door, said it was locked, demonstrated it wasn’t just a bolt and got him to read the information on the box. He did apologise. Maybe reconsider your carriers or maybe we were unlucky. Positive the cheese was lovely and thank you for the replacement.

It would seem that many of the negative reviews are actually down to delivery and DHL. I ordered our normal cheese selection and this was promptly dispatched. DHL lost parcel. Snowdonia Cheese customer support was superb (Thanks Dan). New order dispatched overnight. Not only excellent cheese but backed up by excellent customer service

Ordered a wedding cheese cake for my son, prompt delivery. The cheeses were perfect and did their job...soak up alcohol !!! They tasted lovely particularly the truffle cheese. Thank you

Ordered one day and arrived the following day. By the way, BEST CHEESE EVER. Personal preference, RED DEVIL.

Having had Snowdonia Cheeses as our wedding cheese/cake after enjoying them for years I thought it would be a nice idea to order several assorted cheeses for my dad’s 70th birthday celebration, and selected named day delivery for the extra fee.

I returned home on my lunchbreak on the names day expecting to see, as promised in two of the FAQ’s on the website, a box of tasty cheeses, safely packaged away from the heat in cold packs. Instead, Royal Mail had thoughtfully left a card saying they’d try again tomorrow and had returned the package to their (not refrigerated) warehouse. On contacting Snowdonia they said they would redeliver new cheese to compensate for the loss. As we were going away for the weekend they also confirmed they would send the replacement package to the address of the celebrations. However, the cheese went on a big five day round trip to my house with the original address, sat in the warehouse over the weekend, was redirected when Royal Mail cottoned on to the fact that although the street address had been changed, the postcode had not. This was finally allegedly delivered, not to me, but by the Royal Mail photo, to some randoms in a van (not even in the property!) at the temporary address we had left two days prior. After which the customer service department have apparently processed a refund that has not showed up despite it now being well over the ten working days quoted. I hope that cheese didn’t get eaten after being in June heat integrated! Awful customer service and it’s put me off buying from them again.
