Worst experience ever. Waste of time and money.
I hired this company to help me with my Schengen visa application, and it was a complete disaster. My visa was denied twice due to errors and lack of proper guidance from their team. They charge a lot but do not deliver professional service. Save your money and look for another agency

⚠️ Think twice before using this agency

I would strongly advise people to think very carefully before paying this agency for visa assistance.

I used their services for a Schengen visa application twice, and unfortunately, both applications were rejected. What made the experience even worse was that I did not have my passport back during my planned travel dates, meaning I was unable to travel as intended and was left dealing with significant inconvenience, disruption and financial loss.

I paid for professional assistance and expected proper guidance and handling throughout the process. Instead, after two unsuccessful applications, I am left extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I have contacted the agency regarding a refund and am currently seeking a resolution. I have also retained the relevant documentation and evidence relating to both applications and the issues I experienced.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend using this agency for visa services. Please do your research and consider other options before handing over your money and passport.

I contacted SN Travels and Tourism Limited for visa assistance because I had a very busy schedule.

I initially paid for an Iceland visa. Later, I was told they could not secure an Iceland appointment and that they would instead apply for Denmark. I was then asked to pay the Denmark visa fee separately.

However, the Denmark application was never made. Instead, I was sent documents for Iceland again. When I questioned this, I was told denmark would take too long and that they would not proceed. I was promised a full refund.

It has now been around 3 months, and despite countless follow-ups, I still have not received my money.

Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase for updates and was given assurances and promises that were not followed through.

I paid £401 and this experience has cost me significant time, money and unnecessary stress.

I originally chose this company after seeing its 4.4 Trustpilot rating. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to verify everything carefully and get refund terms in writing before paying.
