Placed an order, turns out the site was wrong and they were out of that particular snus. Waited until they get it in stock. Then they ship it out the first time, the package allegedly gets lost (tracking said it wasn't even handed over to the courier). They ship it out the second time, same story. All in all 21 days wasted, no snus ever arrived, tracking never changed.
The support is not lightning fast at all, it takes multiple hours for a response, however the support staff was friendly and helpful.
I did receive a refund for my order. My case might be a strange delivery company freak accident, but still a highly unpleasant experience.
