Great customer support when i have any thing i need help with.

Bought the matress for my model 3 and was not impressed with the design. The Snuuzu designers must know that the model 3 seats dont fold all the way down, and you are already starting with surface that is at an angle. To then see the Snuuzu mattress arrive and the design of it is such that it is much thicker at the end where the seats fold down and thinner down at the feet end completly threw me. Why would you design the matress for the model 3 that made the matress sit at an even steeper angle defies logic. On a flat ground it felt like i was sleeping at a 45 degree angle. How can anyone think that is an acceptable design? Surely the design for the model 3 should have been to make the feet end thicker so that it compensates for the angle at the other end caused by the seats not folding flat.

For me the Snuuzu model 3 mattres is not designed correctly. Snuzzu have created an even steeper sleeping angle than would be the case if i had instead used a regular flat inflatable camping mattress. The lack of thought that has gone into the sleeping angle caused by the Snuuzu model 3 mattress design is unbelievable. The designers clearly never tried sleeping on a matress with such a steep angle because that design should never have been signed off as acceptable. If i had known how bad the design of the sleeping angle was i would never gave bought it. If you have a model 3, i wouldnt waste your money.

Disappointing customer support experience.

I contacted Snuuzu several times with a straightforward question before making a purchase, but unfortunately never received a response despite multiple follow-ups.

For a premium product at this price level, I would expect better communication and at least a basic reply to a potential customer. The product itself looks very interesting, but the lack of response has made me hesitant to place an order.

Hopefully this is just an isolated case, because the product otherwise seems promising.

I just finished a weekend with the new Snuuzu Model Y mattress and I was extremely impressed! From opening the box, you notice the effort that was put into storage alone. The integrated storage bag appears to be waterproof and is part of the setup process of the mattress. Actually, setting up the mattress in the car was a snap. The integrated inflate/deflate module (of which you get two so you always have a charged one), makes inflation a snap. You simply lay the mattress out in your car and press one button. After the weekend is over, all you need to do is press the other button and it automatically deflates and easily folds back up into the storage bag for compact storage. Also having a removable/washable pillow top is a nice feature as keeping it clean is much easier. Simply put, this mattress is a clear upgrade from what I was using and if someone wants a very simple and user friendly system, I can easily recommend this one.  - Micah W.

We had a very special experience with Snuuzu.

We first came across Snuuzu while we were in the Netherlands, and the mattress immediately caught our attention. Some time later, we reached out because our daughter has been going through a difficult period, and camping in our Tesla has become an important way for her to relax, feel safe and get away from everyday life for a while.

What happened next was something we honestly did not expect. Djai and the team showed an incredible level of kindness and understanding and went far beyond what we could ever have expected from a company. They chose to help us in a very generous and personal way, and their kindness meant more to us than they probably realize.

As for the mattress itself — the comfort is absolutely top-notch, and the build quality is excellent. You can really tell that the team behind the product has put a tremendous amount of time and thought into developing something genuinely great. Every detail feels well considered.

In my opinion, this is without a doubt the best mattress on the market for this purpose.

But for us, it is the thought and kindness behind it that means the most.

It is easy to talk about good customer service, but occasionally you come across a team that genuinely cares. Djai and the entire Snuuzu team are one of those teams.

We are truly grateful and cannot wait to start sharing some photos from our camping trips.

Love the quality, love the experience all it needs are sheets.

First of all, search no more. This mattress is simply as good or even better than your home bed. And it is super convenient with built in chargeable airpump. This can easily eject for charging or if a replacement is needed in the future. And rolling it into a duffelbag is easy, and it fits fine in the subtrunk og frunk of e.g. a Tesla mod Y.

It is maybe not the cheapest, but you will never regret spending those extra coins.

The quality seems to be very high.

I purchased this and got it sent to Norway. Due to delayed delivery they offered money back or a discount. Im so happy I chose the last option.

The Model Y mattress is really fantastic. I had a week long road trip for work and I saved $1,400 in hotel costs by sleeping in the back of the Tesla in camp mode, so the mattress paid for itself in less than a week. And, now when I'm charging at a supercharger, I hop in the back for a quick nap to keep my alertness for driving. Not only is it comfortable for a car mattress, but it is easily more comfortable than my mattress at home. Great fit, ingenious setup design, quick inflate/deflate. This is one of the best-designed products I have ever encountered.

Very rare that you purchase a product that not only lives up to the hype, but exceeds it! Absolutely love my Snuuzu. Don't waste time trying out the other Tesla Airmatresses, just get a Snuuzu. You won't regret it!

Wir haben zu Hause ein Wasserbett und mit dem Snuuzu Matratze schlafen wir im Auto gleich gut und das sogar mit Hund!
Man kann sie auf jede Härte einstellen.
Die Matratze ist sehr schnell auf- und abgebaut. Die Pumpe ist sehr schnell beim auf und abbauen.
Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Reise.

We have now used our new Snuuzu mattress in our Tesla for a full week, and we are absolutely blown away by both the product and the experience. The comfort is in a completely different league compared to traditional mattresses – even after a week of use, you sleep stably and wonderfully soft every single night. It is lightning fast to set up and pack away into the sub-trunk. What impresses us almost even more is Snuuzu's fantastic and personal service. They are incredibly welcoming and always ready for a dialogue if you have questions or need guidance before or after your purchase. You truly feel like you are in safe hands as a customer. Yes, the mattress is an investment, but after a week of intensive testing, we can confidently say that with this level of quality and customer service, it is worth every single penny. I was excited to get this mattress after watching a lot of Youtube videos but I was disappointed because of the rather steep incline which is not what I was expecting for a self levelling mattress. I found it very uncomfortable because of the angle when parked on a flat surface. I would not recommend this product.

Just received after 5 day FedEx shipping to Norway.
The fit and finish is very good and every detail seems well thought after and of good quality.
The mattress is very comfortable and the adjustment valve ensures you get the firm/softness just right. The Snuuzu can just as well function as spare bed at home or when traveling as it is perfectly flat when inflated unlike some of the other products out there.

Das war so einfach und schnell aufgebaut. Ich hatte gedacht das es bei der Kopf Ebene nicht passen wird und du runter hängst, aber genau da war es super stabil. DreamCase du kriegst Konkurrenz. Fantastiskt komfortabel. Förväntningarna uppfylldes. Jag har testat många madrasser, inkl Exped megamat. Den här slår alla. Produkten andas kvalitet. Kunde ha varit några cm bredare upptill för att fylla ut hela utrymmet men ändå bra.

Didn’t realize it shipped to Canada from the USA, which incurred a $60 import fee Then, UPS stacked a $100 processing charge on top of that. It equates to over $300 extra when shipping costs and taxes are added. Certainly, must be a better way.

I love my mattress! The mattress is actually pretty impressive, super well built if you're like me and pay attention to detail.
