these shirts are 80% cheaper than normal outlets and guessing that it is dodgy at the very least .they do keep changing there name but if you have a query use the old address and ask for new details and they will forward them to you so as they can get back to resolve the issue .like others who have said it takes a lot of time .i have recieved confirmation emails of order but never a guarrentee delivery time .if your buying for christmas do so now and you will have your items in plenty of time .if you want it next week then dont use this site

Placed order 5 weeks ago,on 15/03 and has still not been despatched. Messaged them twice, and still nothing. Website domain name has changed twice since I placed order. Buyer beware, because you have no comeback.

Got the jerseys in exactly 2 weeks. They look like the real thing

I don't normally write reviews but after reading all of the reviews on here I was really worried, so I thought I would give my experience.
I made an order on the 22nd of September. I had received an email of confirmation of order and then nothing else so my hopes were slim. Anyway my order came today ... 2 kits with names on the back and they are brilliant. Very cheap and worth the wait. Just be patient give lots of time (if you need it for a certain time) Don't rely on communication and just sit back. I will be ordering again.

Ordered 2 arsenal tops 5 weeks before due to travel down from Sunderland on a 8 hour coach. Was told they would take 3 weeks ‘MAX’ to arrive, a week before I was due to go down I emailed as I had no other emails regarding them, to which I had to reply at all after sending 4 emails and I’m sure I was blocked by them.

The shirts finally arrive 6 weeks after ordering with no number on the back of both. Only the writing, I’m absolutely disgusted and annoyed by this, even more so when I emailed to speak about them having no numbers and have had no rely 2 weeks later.

Stay away from this shop it’s a SCAM.

What's happened to this company, customer service is awful. Had no tops delivered after 5 weeks. I will contact credit card company for refund!

It takes weeks, I mean 7 or 8 weeks for them to arrive but they do always arrive. If you're unsure, pay with PayPal and you're money is protected. The quality is perfect. You're paying 20 quid for something that should cost 100. Have some patience!!!

Ordered on 28th September after someone recommended. Hasn't arrived, tried to contact them via their website but it doesn't even load now.

Ordered quite a few tops at the beginning of September, now middle of October and still not recieved anything! Anyone know how I can get hold of anyone to ask?

Took 9 weeks to deliver to UK. You know what you’re getting so make the order and forget about them until they arrive.

Ordered 3 Manchester City shirts on 2 Sept 24. Got a message from the tracking company (Trackerly) saying that I had to pay £1 for it to be released, this is after I'd phoned them up several times and got the calls ended because they didn't like my questions!! Anyway, it said that the shirts had been delivered to an address which wasn't mine. Contacted Royal Mail to track it via GPS to be told that someone had received and signed for them but denied it. Can't get in touch with Soccor03 to inform them that they'd sent them to the wrong address as they now don't exist. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement.

Good quality shirts good replies when I had a question and overall good service one thing that would make it better is the delivery time it takes a while to arrive but it does come from a different country so they can't really help that

I placed an order on the 9th of September 2024 but up to now,12th October 2024 nothing has been delivered or a tracking number,I've contacted them and they've assured me that my order will be delivered but then 4 weeks is too long for an order that was supposed to be delivered within 14 days.The shop has just changed to soccer04.

I have ordered quite a few tops from here never had a problem but went on today and there’s no website

i contacted them via email to ask what the hold up was with posting out. They said it was a chinese holiday and things are slowed down.
Went online today to follow it up and there website is dead. I contacted bank and got a full refund.
I only ordered because it was recommended. However I will stick to Hoobuy.

I ordered a load of tops arrived but not what I ordered. Have emailed 3 times no reply whatsapped no reply. I spent £90 am disgusted they ignore you

Had a reply saying order wud take a week or so longer still waiting its a joke asking for a refund never to order again!!!

Ordered a pair of Nike training shoes size 8 and the pair I received were enormous with a UK 8 label stitched inside. I took the pair to a local shop who co firmed they are a size 10. I have contacted them to ask for a correct pair to be sent but no answer to my e-mails and no replacement pair. Cannot exactly just pop outlander ha be so beware.

Updated as items eventually arrived some two months after ordering. Communication not great but the quality of the tops is excellent.
