I am really impressed with Social Zoho

I am really impressed with Social Zoho. My previous app no longer handles twitter so to have an app that requires you to manually setup twitter outside of the app is not going to work for me. Zoho handles all of the social accounts I need to handle and has an easy to use interface. My only request would be to add a "search posts" feature so that I could find specific text in an old post and set it up to repost.

Company hates its customers

Let me explain this: there is NO free version of the website. Once you get out of the trial you lose everything you have scheduled, lose the calendar, lose all your information and the website only allows you to singularly post on the day (no scheduling). The website is pointless without paying for it. Use a more seamless website that at least respects their customers by offering ANY features (what you have already scheduled at least on the free tier) incase your repayments fail one month and your whole scheduling for your social media empire dies in a day. Totally disrepectful to clients to have such a basic-b*tch free tier reversion.

Zoho Mail is a complete piece of crap—after wasting my time with their ridiculously long sign-up process, I got kicked out for no damn reason and now when I try to log in the page just refreshes like a broken loop without ever letting me in or even telling me what the hell is wrong; and to top it off, their genius idea of OTP verification is to send the code to the very account I can’t access, which is absolutely f-ing useless—this whole service is trash and a massive waste of time.

Zoho Social is Great

Oh, let me tell you about the rollercoaster we went through managing our social media. We were using a platform called Buffer, which had been working well—until they suddenly announced a jaw-dropping price hike of 300%! Can you imagine? While I understand businesses need to grow, a threefold increase was beyond what we could justify.

We knew we had to act fast and find a more budget-friendly alternative that could still meet our needs. That’s when we discovered Zoho Social, and let me tell you, it was a total game-changer.

The first thing that stood out was how intuitive the platform was. Even for someone like me, who isn’t super tech-savvy, everything was straightforward and easy to grasp. Scheduling posts and analyzing metrics didn’t require hours of trial and error—it was all laid out clearly and logically.

And the features? Absolutely top-notch. Zoho Social lets us manage all our social media accounts in one place, collaborate with team members seamlessly, and even monitor how our posts are performing with insightful analytics. It felt like having our own control center for social media!

What really won us over, though, was the pricing. Zoho Social delivers incredible value at a fraction of what we were spending with Buffer, making it an easy choice.

If you’re searching for a social media management tool that won’t drain your wallet and is genuinely user-friendly, I can’t recommend Zoho Social enough. It’s been a transformative tool for our vacation rental business, and I’m confident it can work wonders for yours, too.

Money Theft

although they claim that they offer "refunds", but once you contact the support about a refund they will ditch to another team which is the payment, eventually never responding to you

i bought the basic plan which was for 15.99$ or something a month, for scheduling content, i mainly did it for bulk scheduling, but the plan did not include scheduling, which i find not convenient at all, you have to pay 24$+ just for that feature

so i contacted the support team, they said cancel the subscription and contact the "payment department" so you can have your refund

and guess what? yep the payment department never responded, even the support team is not responding

in addition, i tried the free trial for the most expensive plan, clearly you cannot bulk schedule more than a single line on each post, or else the file you upload for bulk scheduling won't be read by their system

i should also mention that when i was on the free trial, their sales team kept calling me every day trying to guide me to make a payment, and i mean DAILY

once i made the payment, they ditched me

this platform lacks alot of features as i mentioned before, and a way better support team (if they are working ethically and actually trying to help existing costumers) but i doubt that they are truthful as they sound

i recommend using another platform, just make a good search

The best social media management platform by far

I tried every social media management tool I could find in the past. Then, I discovered Zoho Social and the search was over. I've been using it for about a year, and my experience keeps getting better. Simple, uncluttered and easy to use, this platform has all the features you can dream of. No need to hop from a tab to another to post, communicate, or monitor your performance. Targeting all the major social media sites, it also makes sure that you meet all the specific requirements, so your post will be published successfully and get optimal visibility. Scheduling and AI are great for frequent posters who may lack inspiration or the time to keep out with their accounts now and then. These are just a few of the benefits Zoho Social has to offer. It's a platform built to help you, save your time, and deliver the best results, which is most important. I highly recommend it.

Zoho Social is one of the best social…Run business on autopilot

Zoho Social is one of the best social media marketing automation tool that saves tons of time and helps to build consistency which helps a lot in algorithms on internet.

It also cost effective and saves so much of manpower cost too.

I literally love this tool and highly recommend if you are startup and starting your business as marketing plays a major role.
