Socialreporting Avis 

Can someone help me I have today looked at my bank statement and noticed a charged of 39.10 leave my account the company is called socialscales.co.uk I rang my bank who said this was a scam from a loan lender or credit score company which I have never used and not authorised I have tried to hunt this company down for a refund and cancellation but can not find anything of this name when I do put it in too google social report keeps coming up but I cannot for the life of me get anyone to answer it just rings out can anybody help

I got stung by this company a few months ago but managed to get a refund ... this time when I got redirected to there website I immediately closed the window and thought that was that , but today I’ve been stung for £27.99..not sure how as I’m sure I clicked on “I don’t want this product” Have tried contacting them but had no response by email or phone .. in contact with my bank at the moment hopefully they can reverse the charge

Same as others have stated. Tried cancelling numerous times through email, no reply. Called them numerous times and no answer. My bank won't do anything either. Getting extremely annoyed with this. Three transactions have gone through my account (unauthorised), one of which I'm not even registered with!! Myrebuildapp.co.uk has also taken money, and on their site it says login to cancel, yet I'm not even registered!! Wits end is an understatement. Pretty sure this company is conmected to mysocialreport. Absolutely disgusting. Reporting to the police is this isn't resolved within the next 24 hours.

Robbing scum! Don’t even know what this is but they’ve taken money from my account without permission. Luckily the bank are aware of this scam and us refunded back to me!

I checked my bank account one morning to notice company had taken 3 lots of £28.65 . I am shocked these people exist they are hard to contact and never answer the phone . The bank has blocked this bunch of thiefs from taking money from my account anymore .

The same as many other poor people on this site I have had £36.39 taken from my account! I have no idea how this has happened. The company have been ignoring my contact with them!! I am absolutely disgusted. I am a single parent with a disabled child. How can they live with themselves?!!

Just been stung for £27.50 from this lot and on speaking to the bank thus has happened a few times totaling£150.
Bank fraud team have cancelled card and looking to get my money back.

Took £29.88 from my bank on Monday, contacted bank and a block put on further payment been taken and advised to ring them to cancel. Tried ringing social score several times and email several times a day never got reply. Rang again today (Friday) a few minutes before 9 and someone answered quickly. Told them I had never subscribed to them and the money taken not authorised. After a few minutes he told me account closed and refund and money would be bk in my account in 1-7 days. Told him if it isn’t I will be taking it further and reporting to FCA

Dangerous scammers who will are predatory filth and scum who take money out of poor people's account who have taken a pay day loan.The vermin who own this company how their kids can look up to them when they find out they are theives

Took money from my account in March 2019 for 12p, then randomly in June 2019 for £32 without authorisation!

Get them blocked by your bank if you haven't already!!!

Also, they never pick up their phones

Awful scam company!!! 29.60 illegally taken from my bank account without my consent!!! Have reported to bank and police as FRAUD! Disgusting immoral behaviour, absolute out and out theft!

I mean to give them - 0 but there isn't a rating for that. Rob dogs! two amounts of £39.30 debited from my account. I did speak to someone from there who advised the subscription was cancelled. However a further amount has gone out. My bank have been great and refunded some of it. Email addresss for this company is dodgy comple criminals. This has made me so depressed.

I was taken for 32-50 like most people here, and it made me so angry. So I thought all is lost, but I sent them a short email. A few days later got a reply, sent one more and today all my money back.

1 star too good robbing scammers never signed up to this my bank are aware and will be contacting fraud dept now

Yep just been caught out too. I am all over it though with the bank. It happened lightening quick. Was buying something on line and using saved card details and next thing I know they had taken £29.88 and £0.11. I had not signed up to anything!
I will be following this closely and taking further.

Taking 30 pound out of my bank!!! How dare you steal from people who work hard for their money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND TAKEN COMPLETELY OFF !! Should be absolutely ashamed

Update** I have contacted my bank and the fraud team this company is going by 2 different names they have attempted to take money out of my account daily and had I not told the bank they would have got money when my wages went in! Straight after getting of the phone to the bank the company answered the phone a man that stated “is this Roslyn” so it would seem it’s just a person sitting at home stealing money form unfortunate people...I am now taking the number and both “company names” in to my local police department hopefully they can catch these people before they steal even more form other people’s accounts. They say I will get a refund but I’m sceptical about this...the fraud team are watching my account so hopefully it will stop more attempts, these people have no shame I am currently off work sick I have a 18month old and these people are taking what little sick pay I get I don’t know how they sleep at night, £30/40 is a lot of money to someone who I only getting paid £90 a week! I have handed a name linked to this company and an address in Manchester in to the local police they are liaising with Manchester police to get an arrest warrant out for the man in question.

as with other peoples awful experiences, these people took money from me even though I never signed up. latest excuse to not responding to my complaint/demand for refund, was to claim e-mail system problems. I was assured my £32.50p would be refunded in 1-7 days but, as expected, nothing !!!! this clearly is illegal practices, so why the police are not yet involved is beyond comprehension. to all who read this, go on social media and expose them openly !! if nothing else, it should shut the scum down and protect others, especially the vulnerable. disgusted, cj walsh
