Socialreporting Avis 

Stole £32.50 out of my daughters bank account, all she had left to last her for a month. She had a new bank card three weeks ago which she has not used so quite how they managed to get her details i do not know, bank said they cant refund as its already gone and funnily enough her online banking shows no direct debits or standing orders active so how can these people get away with it?

At some point on social media or when searching online for loans this is fed your information by YOU! If is cleverly done and a con but ultimately only YOU can have authorised it. I contacted my bank and yhey explained, cancelled any link and advised vigilance. People be aware!

Took 28 pound out of my bank with no consent told me it would be refunded been waiting 10 days for me to ring again ! For them to tell me payment failed now i have to wait again doubt ill ever see absolutely disgusting company

Checked my online banking. £14.99 from my account and have no idea who and what these people/company are or what they do. Ringing bank now!! Robbing, scamming thieves

Set up a direct debit and took £14.99 without my knowledge. They're criminals.
The first thing I did was go into my account and cancel the direct debit. Then I called the bank and they told me they could only reverse charges on active direct debits so there was nothing they could do.

If this happens to you: Call the bank before you do anything else. They can reverse the charge if the direct debit is active and you speak to them on the day the money was taken.

Same experience as others. No need for their service yet subscription taken from my bank. Emailed (as stated on their website) for a refund, they eventually replied stating I needed to call them for a refund. This will not be happening. Will be making a formal complaint to FOS if not resolved within the next 2 working days. AVOID ENTIRELY!!!

Had a look at my bank statement today and notice £14.99 has been taken out of my account from them! I never even heard of this company and I don’t even know how they got my account details but I will get my money back! Disgusting.

I got my money back! Had to do this through the bank as the company refused to. Basically the company just said as a good will gesture they’d cancel the subscription but won’t refund. Terrible company, how can they even do this to people??

I got this morning and to find out I had gone over in my bank £14.99 and never heard of this company and googled it and to find out who and what it was but not the first one that's done this to me another company called forefront did it and they took £33. Don't know how any of these places get bank details it's discussing

Total scam set up DD and took money without my permission. Reporting to bank and police.

This company stole 14.99 from my account. When I did phone them they told me that it could take 3 days to get back to me. This company should be looked into and shut down as they are nothing but thieves. I will be reporting them to Action Fraud. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE F*****S.

4 x payments of £32.50 taken out of my account this month!! Hadn’t even noticed it had been coming out since May!!! Called them up and said they would reverse my charges for this month but not previous months as I was out with the Cooling off period. Disgusting. Have been reported to my bank.

They are robbing thieving cheaters they still your money and dont pay back unbelievable companies like this one still around after all bad reviews no 1 good one hope they burn in hell

A pure rip off company exceptionally bad customer service. If this company has Stolen your money. TOUGH LUCK you won't get it back.
