Lewis & Dave (son & dad) were hugely professional, very polite, very friendly, & were very careful with our home & new furniture. They knew their stuff, highly professional, worked speedily, with care & attention to detail. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. A true family business, putting their customers at the centre of their business. Would definitely employ them again, truly impressed!

Arrived on time, took shoes off when came into the house. Dismantled sofa in the van, carried in carefully wrapped in quilt.
Laid sheet down to protect carpet, refitted sofa arms, stapled fabric back, all done very efficiently. Polite and efficient, excellent service!

Lewis originally disassembled our sofa bed so that it could fit into our basement flat .
Recently my wife and I moved and Lewis again disassembled and reassembled our sofa into our new flat . He is very good at his job and we would highly recommend him.

Lewis and the team did a good job getting our DFS sofa dismantled and then reassembled in the flat (it was too big to navigate the top of the stairs.) they were all done in 90 minutes - very efficient and friendly.

Highly recommend Sofa Access! Lewis and his team were very efficient, on time, clean and friendly! The work they did for us was amazing, saved us so much money as we didn’t have to buy a whole new sofa! Despite being located outside of their normal remit they went above and beyond and delivered on the ask to a great standard. Will definitely be using them again.

We bought a bed and realised upon delivery it didn’t fit but sofa access were super helpful fitted me in super quick and worked their magic. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive on the day and took the headboard apart and put it back together in the bedroom you wouldn’t even know they had to de-construct the headboard. Absolutely brilliant work

After a loft conversion our upholstered bed frame wouldn’t make it up. And we had been considering getting a new frame but as it wasn’t that old it was a shame. These guys did a great job moving it. So tidy and perfectly done. You’d never know! Very pleased!

I contacted Sofa Access when my new sofa could not fit through my door, on the day Sofa Access guys bought my new sofa in with so much ease, they were so friendly and helpful, they helped me tidy up, moved my old sofa away to another space which other delivery guys could never do.
