The customer service from Kim and team
The customer service from Kim was brilliant and that's why I came back to purchase the sofa. She took the time to be detailed and show me all options to help with my mobility issues. All the staff were welcoming and attentive. Great team at this store.

Staff don’t tell you about the right…
Staff don’t tell you about the right discounts available plus too many hidden charges like the EXCESSIVE DELIVERY CHARGE AND NO WAY OF GETTING OUT OF IT 😤😤😤
Also no real rights to cancel etc.
My experience wasn’t very good, after leaving I felt like I dealing with a “back street” outfit!!!

Good Customer service Sayed and Saj were excellent.

After going to the Shirley branch and being completely ignored on 2 separate occasions, Kimoy was a breath of fresh air, very helpful and knowledgeable, lovely lady and a credit to the company.

Excellent experience
The salesperson called Maz, was very helpful, explained everything fully, we weren't pressured or rushed and we were given our own time to look at the range of sofas available.

Our experience was really positive. Sayed explained all our options carefully and took time to go through our payment options. All the staff were friendly, without being too pushy. We hope the rest of the process goes as well.

Professional and friendly staff
Friendly, patience and helpful staff (Tom, Kim and Sayed). Non commission based staff salary so that the staff only recommended the customer what it is essential/need on the personal base.
High quality sofa and reasonable price.
