Very personalised care
Very personalised care. My dad has mobility issues so the lovely staff brought the chairs to the front of the shop for him to try.

Very helpful
Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and approachable. Once we'd decided on our sofa she explained and went through the order and delivery, add ons etc.

We liked the fact you could walk…
We liked the fact you could walk around the store and not be hounded, but staff welcomed us , told us about the furniture and were there when needed.

We were made welcome
We were made welcome as soon as we entered the store, Megan explained a few things and then left us to look around without any pressure. when we found what we wanted she could not have been more helpful, everything was explained to us in detail in a very polite way without any sales pressure.

I recently bought a sofa from Sofology and had a really great experience from start to finish.
Ellie was especially helpful throughout — she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. Her advice made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable.
The service felt genuinely personalised, and I left feeling confident in my choice. I’m really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend both Sofology and Ellie to anyone looking for a new sofa.

New sofa
We recently bought a sofa from Kelly and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was friendly, down-to-earth, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole process really enjoyable.
What stood out most was that she gave us space to make our decision—no pressure or constant sales pitch like you often get in other sofa stores. It felt relaxed and genuine, which we really appreciated.
Thanks again, Kelly, for making what can sometimes be a stressful purchase so easy and pleasant. We love our new sofa!
