Fantastic experience
Loved that we were able to browse the store freely without being pounced upon by sales staff as soon as we entered the store.

A bright, welcoming, well-stocked store.
The staff in the shop were all very welcoming, polite and not pushy! When we decided to ask for more information, someone helped us with our questions.
There was a good selection of sofas and range of prices.

Had a great experience with Sofology so far. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. Special shout out to Kimi, who was fantastic throughout — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
