Sofology - Hedge End Avis 

the staff L.E.M at the hedge end store were brilliant they were very helpful excellent product knowledge and happy ! which makes such a difference, there was no pressure sales talk just good advice for us to consider we returned to the store a few days later with our selections to order, so thank you ( i did do a review but no problem in another )

The Salesman, Mathieu, was very pleasant and knowledgeable on his products.

The salesman was very informative and friendly, his name is Leon. He put us at ease and wasn't at pushy.

The rating I gave is for the quality of the sofa we have received last Sunday. The Sofology Hedge End team was brilliant from the time we were choosing the sofa up to the purchasing process.

The sofa we have received has a dent on the back speaker and I raised this to their customer care. The explanation I got was, "the furniture does get tighly packaged in the transit process to ensure arriving as safely as possible." Unfortunately, quality is not considered on delivery. The way the sofaglides were applied were not within the feet as well. You can see parts of them sticking out.

The staff their where amazing Leon was great with my serverly autistic daughter making her smile and going above and beyond to make her smile.

A really helpful young lady , who listened & took note of our requirements . Nothing was too much trouble for her . Her name was Laura & she gave us so much confidence , she really knew so much information, but didn’t try to drown us in it !

When we first went in there they left us alone to look round which l liked . We went to a member of staff her name was laura she was amazing she sat us down and explained everything to us .she was very friendly and very helpful in anything we asked l would highly recommend sofology. The staff are amazing.

From the minute I walked in it felt very welcoming and I wasn’t pestered straight away. Then a lovely gentleman called George came over and explained everything about the sofa I was looking at In great detail he was very friendly and informative all the way through and I got the perfect sofa I was looking for

Already sent a glowing report except for a 3 months to wait for delivery !!

Store experience at Hedgend was great. But then it went downhill delivery was booked in and they changed it at the last minute and customer service was very poor trying to sort it out.

I walked into the store and Emma came over to see if I needed help, not pushy, showed me some things I was interested in , so helpful and a really nice lady, I chose what I wanted and everything was smooth so thank you Emma

Very friendly staff, very helpful and polite. I brought a settee 🛋️ and a recliner chair. Looking forward to having it in my new home. Very good price.Would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family 🤗

Good staff engagement, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy.

I like the product and the way it was displayed in the showroom. The choice of fabrics and colours were great.
I was disappointed to realise after the purchase, how the added extras were not explained that they were extra cost. They were sold as part of the purchase as a whole. The extra products were explained their purpose butt the choice to purchase was not offered they were automatically added. This was very disappointing 😞
