Excellent sales people at both Hull and Doncaster. No pushy sales just informative and helpful when needed. This review cover the sales part only as we await delivery of the suite.

Extremely helpful staff

Extremely helpful staff, Gary who initially helped with the selection and Holly who did the admin. bit. No pressure was ever put on us and we were guided through the whole process with courtesy and friendliness.

We initially came into the store to…

We initially came into the store to browse and we found the experience very easy. No one hassled us as soon as we walked in, in comparison to other stores we visited. We asked for some help/advice and spoke to Steve in the Hull store. He set me up an account and showed me how to order some samples. We then ordered the sofa from home after receiving the samples really quickly. All in all a very stressless experience.

Great service, lots of choice and dog friendly too.

Staff were extremely helpful but not pushy. We were served by Charlotte and Gary at opposite ends of the day and they left us to browse but were there to answer all our questions and advise on options and prices.
Great that it is a dog friendly place as we came out for the day sofa shopping and could not have left her at home for that length of time.
Lots of choices and styles of sofa available. Would definitely recommend a visit to this branch if you’re sofa hunting.

Everything is OK

In response to the thanks, I would like to add that my product was available for immediate sale and that is why I write that the waiting time is long and the transport is around 3 miles and I think it is expensive.Thank you

Excellent customer care

The team were excellent. No pushy sales tactics, very polite and extremely knowledgeable.
Gary & Charlotte explained the process in detail, giving us time to choose exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic service from Gary

Went to the St Andrews Quay store today in Hull and was served by Gary, extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. He answered every question we had for him and didn't seem like anything we asked in terms of demo or info was too much trouble, he even gave our little one a colouring book and crayons to keep her entertained as well as talking to her and asking her what she liked. Shame there's not an option for six stars but wouldn't of mattered anyways cause Gary served seven, top notch.

We walked in knowing which sofa set we wanted to view, found it quickly and easily. After a few moments, Steve Ricketts attended, asked a few questions related to our visit today, and within 15 minutes, we had ordered the sofa we wanted, with the extras we required. Brilliant experience, Steve was fantastic!

Totally wrong delivery address even…

Totally wrong delivery address even though we spent a week or more trying to rectify it by phone calls and emails . It got to the actual day of delivery when we made 3 more phone calls and was told by an incompetent person that we would not receive the sofa. We had disposed of our old one . Very stressful and angry. Will never deal with these people again.
