Excellent knowledgeable staff, very helpful without being overly pushy. Excellent customer service as I needed to change some of my order details the following day, the staff member was very helpful with this and it wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service, it was an enjoyable experience buying a sofa Charlotte Harrington was my sales assistant in hull and I would highly recommended any of my friends or family to use her, over all a very friendly store with no pressure to buy

The customer care has always been great. Gary is the person we normally deal with and we can say everything runs smoothly.

I was told my sofa and chair would be delivered 9 days ago. My delivery was the vans 2nd stop. My sofa has yet to arrive. Not one senior manager has taken responsibility and called to explain why my sofa is in Doncaster and my chair is in Nottingham when in should be in my house near Hull. When you ring the customer support team you can wait over 20+ minutes and get no answer. There must be some systemic problems in this business. Sofology is part of the DFS group. I have tried to escalate twice to senior managers. I was told both times it would take 72 hours for them to contact me. They still haven't so we can only speculate where the problems lie...but a wild guess would be at the top.

This is the second time we have been and purchased a chair to go with our sofa. The lady we dealt with was lovely and helpful and sorted it out in minutes. Overall both visits have been very enjoyable
