Will was very patient with me, answered all my questions.

I ordered a lovely sofa and was assisted by Will. I felt I was given really good advice. All stages - from start to finish- were very clearly explained. Will also helped to sort out the finance side. I really appreciated the time, space and freedom I was given to look around, ask questions and make the decision. I never felt pushed or pressured into making purchase decision on the spot. Will made the experience pleasant and stress free. I would definitely recommend and visit the store again.

Customer service is excellent. Love my new sofa. 1st time I used Sofology and the experience was great. The in-store representative, (Happy at Old Trafford) was very knowledgable and attentive to our requirements. He took his time to discuss options with me and was very patient with my grumpy husband. Delivery was on time, sofa quality is great. The whole experience was seamless. I will certainly be ordering from here again in future. Thank you.

There was a wide range of options which was great. We felt no pressure purchasing the sofa, the sales person was great.. we saw him 3 times before finally settling on a sofa and he was helpful and patient with us each time.

We had a wonderful experience at Sofology today. Leanne was amazing – she really listened to our concerns and answered all our questions with care and professionalism. My mum has mobility issues, and we had been looking for a lift and rise recliner for quite some time. Leanne took the time to understand exactly what we needed, guided us through the options, and made sure my mum was comfortable with the choice. We built a lovely rapport, and thanks to her help, we finally found and purchased the perfect chair. It was such a positive and stress-free experience – thank you, Leanne!

The sales consultants in store were amazing , My issue started when I attempted to change the colour of my sofa.
I tried to call within 48 hours to amend my order but couldn’t get through. I sent an email and followed up with 2 calls.
It was almost Impossible to speak with someone direct.
I received an email saying i would have to pay 25% to change the colour which would add over £1000 to my order. This is outrageous considering the sofa has not started being made.

I will never order nor recommend sofology.
