No problem at all with the purchase…
No problem at all with the purchase experience.
Bought from their Allure range which is the most uncomfortable settee we have ever owned.
Already have contacted Sofology just after we bought the suite. Told nothing they could do, should have tried it out longer in the shop. We kept coming back to the display suite a number of times.

Definitely worth a visit
The customer service was very good.
The girls where helpful and knowledgeable.
Most importantly there was no hard sell.
Would recommend.

Excellent Customer Care
From the minute we met Jo she was lovely. So helpful, respectful and clearly explained everything to us.
Jo allowed us to borrow a couple of samples home to enable us to choose the correct colour.

Excellent staff
Libby watched how I sat on various sofas and from that she could tell which sofas to offer us. She knew about the products and listened to our requirements and matched us to the right product.

Ordering my new furniture was easy as joane at silverlink shop in newcastle exsplained everything to me and my daughter . All the info was great so i ordered. Looking forward to my new sofa and chair power recliners
