Sofology - Preston Avis 2 481

Really wished we had read these reviews before going to Sofology, because we would have been saved the rotten after service, as we’d never have entered the store. What amazes me, is Sofology replies underneath each bad experience that they are sorry and to contact them. But they do nothing to solve the problems, which looking at the 1 stars is a gigantic issue. They also upsell, with several add ins which doubles the initial cost.

Visited the Preston Branch at Deepdale today and was helped by Mo. He was super helpful, really knowledgeable and very polite and friendly.

Visited Sofology at Preston Deepdale today. We were warmly greeted by Mo then left alone to browse at our leisure. The range of sofas was extensive and of a high quality and the store was laid out well. We were at no time hassled or followed, as we have experienced in other furniture stores. When we asked for information Mo’s advice was clear and precise, we never felt under pressure to commit. Our whole experience was very pleasant thanks to him and our customer experience played a big part in us purchasing furniture on the day.

Luke made choosing a sofa a joy. He was so helpful explaining which sofas could be easily be delivered without getting stuck in our 1920s hallway. He really took the stress out of it all. Looking forward to receiving our sofa soon.

We were left alone to wonder round the store to see what we liked. Once we found something , all the options and prices were explained to us by Amanda who was very helpful.

Very helpful and good service

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sofology. There were so many lovely sofas to look at with such a great choice of fabrics and styles. Staff were attentive and not overbearing which made a lovely change! We are delighted with the sofas we have purchased - will just have to be patient now as it does take a good few weeks for it to be made and delivered to us. Thank you Sofology!

Hi there we just purchased a beautiful sofa and was made to feel very welcome and relaxed by jay and luke they was so helpful was welcomed with a nice cup of tea and and they are so professional at there job we have got to say they was the most helpful lovely people ive ever had the pleasure of buying from they went above and beyond today for us . Finally made a decision on which sofa we wanted today with the help of Luke at the preston store ,he was very helpful, knowledgeable friendly and very patient, we must have sat on every sofa in the store 2 or 3 times and after speaking with Luke about our wants and needs we were able to make our minds up and I’m delighted with our Choice and looking forward to its arrival.
