Lovely store well set out, in store service excellent didn't pester you, very informative. Second time we have purchased a sofa of them as always fund them and their products good value.

Purchased a sofa today at the Preston branch. Excellent customer service from the sales representative mo there was no pressure or looking over your shoulder at every move like other sofa shops . Great service all round

No rush experience
Staff member greeted us within seconds of entering the store. Very pleasant and warm mannered, asking if we had shopped in Sofology before, which we have.
Our requirements for a sofa were very specific, but Doreen and the other Sofologists assisted and directed us to sofas as near to as possible our criteria even offering a cup of tea while we were pondering our choices.
Overall a very pleasant experience which resulted in a second visit the same day to purchase a sofa
