We were met by irma at the Oldham store and she could not have been more helpful if she tried. We thought we knew which furniture we wanted and wanted to try it out for comfort. Good job we did. The sofa did not suit one of us due to our height differences.
Irma spent a long time with us checking all the different sofas and chairs until we were both suited with size comfort colour and preferences. Could not ask for more.

Do not trust they will not repair anything even if you have warranty and extended warranty

No pushy sales pitch just let me look around try the sofas and I asked about the sofa. Information sent to an online basket if I wanted to take things further back at home.

Dan and Irma made it such a smooth process, talking me through each stage of the purchase. Giving me advice on how to handle the insurance, damages, how to clean and what to use, how to upkeep and maintain the life of my sofa. They helped advise me on what size sofa and which fabrics would work best with a cat in the house as well. They were extremely patient and made it a very smooth process. I’ve not received my sofa but the outstanding customer service alone tells me it will be incredible!

Accidently ordered the wrong size online after speaking to lovely staff in store. Was called and emailed by staff when the order dropped and highlighted issue, new size orederd and a very happy customer. So much so that my son is already looking for one for his room (which is big news as he is autistic, adhd and severe anxiety) Thanks team ps sorry about the gin when i got home lol

Jordan was very pleasant and efficient on both occasions when we visited the store in Oldham; nothing was too much trouble. He took plenty of time to carefully explain all of our queries regarding the furniture we were considering and was very knowledgeable about the range. Overall, a most enjoyable experience!

The sales lady was extremely helpful explaining very clearly my options and choices listening and guiding me she was not pushy or following me around but was there when I needed advice felt very relaxed throughout the purchase

Dan, the fellow who helped us was really good and not pushy at all and there when we needed him. Sofas were all presented well and the shop. I'd say the only thing I can fault is the delivery fee and would recommend giving the rep in the store to power to knock off the delivery fee instore only if you buy it there and then. It gives the salesman the edge, if we'd have had that little benefit we'd have bought the sofa there and then. Instead we have come away and although still bought the sofa, when you leave the store you without purchasing you run the risk of losing the sale.
