The Sofology staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I am extremely disappointed with Sofology. This store originally ordered me the completely wrong couch, which the company blamed on the first salesperson having "vision issues." After going through the hassle of getting that sorted, the second salesperson completely mis-sold me a £300 Sofashield insurance policy on the replacement order.
I was verbally promised that this £300 add-on was a "maintenance plan for stains over time" with unlimited cleaning visits. Upon trying to use it, the insurer confirmed this was a lie and it only covers single accidents. Sofology is now trying to hide behind the paperwork, ignoring the verbal misrepresentation by their staff.
I have officially launched a formal complaint with Sofology Executive Resolutions, an active Section 75 breach of contract claim with V12 Retail Finance, and I will be taking this straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service for a breach of FCA Consumer Duty regulations. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish.

The staff welcomed you and then left you alone to wander, no pressure or sales pitch unless you shed them. This is what impressed me the most. Brilliant choice of products and can’t wait for ours to be delivered

We visited every single sofa shop in Manchester some of which we returned a couple of times we just could not see anything we liked. We finally made a choice in Elk mill Sofology shop, Hannah assisted us and was really down to earth not pushy with any of the sales patter she came across and genuine and seemed to understand our needs and gave us loads of time and space to make a decision. We felt comfortable purchasing from Sofology because it is a well known brand but mostly the sale was swung by Hannah’s no pressure approach. Currently awaiting the 10weeks with baited breath for our new sofa so fingers crossed 🤞

Staff, service and total customer service was superb

There were 2 members of staff who were just lovely at the Oldham store. They were helpful and friendly and really knowledgeable.
A big reason why I decided to buy from Sofology was down to these 2 people as well as finding a beautiful sofa that I can't wait to see in my new home.

Friendly well trained staff. Very knowledgeable about the fabric when asked. Made our experience pleasant and enjoyable.

The representative was approachable, we literally had 15/20 minutes left before store was about to be closed for Easter weekend. He was quick and managed to explain things in time.

Easy excellent service

We ordered the sofa nice n easy.
Then decided to change the colour twice.
No fuss all done quick.
No problem for the Royton Sofologists .
Paul was our salesperson, a young man on reception changed the colour for us .

Great place for Sofas, we have bought 3 sofas over the years and each one a Gem, staff are helpful, and polite. First class service.
