I came into sofology today and Jordon was very helpful and knowledgeable, the process of buying the sofa was very easy and efficient and can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive.

We called into our local (Royton/Chadderton) store to look around for a new suite and we're immediately welcomed to look around by Hannah. There was such a large choice to choose from and eventually we decided to ask for details of the Allure suite. Hannah was more than knowledgeable about the product and showed us everything that it was capable of doing. Originally we had only came to look around with no intention of purchasing on the day but after our great experience this morning and with interest free credit offered, we decided to go ahead and order. Now looking forward to having it delivered (hopefully before xmas). I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a new suite.

After being in several sofa shops we went into Sofology. The outlay of the store made it very comfortable to walk around. We had no pressure from the staff bit a friendly welcome. We had been in the day before and they remembered that we had been in. Our Saleslady Diariou was very professional and explained everything.

I had visited the store a few times trying to determine exactly what I wanted/needed and cannot remember the names of all the staff I had contact with!
On each occasion, I found staff to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable without pressuring me to make a decision.
I finally placed my order today and am now awaiting the delivery.
I would certainly recommend Sofology as a store worth visiting.

On entering was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of sofas and suites of furniture on display each accompanied with swatches of the fabrics and colours available. Was approached by Jordan a member of the sales team who introduced himself then left us to browse assuring us that he would be available to answer any queries. I chose and ultimately purchased a sofa,chair and footstool on interest free finance. Hannah dealt with the purchase and explained the process fully. The staff at Sofology know their products and processes well. They are available to assist when asked without being pushy and I would recommend Sofology for their products and for their pleasant and professional staff

Ellie was superb! Really helpful, went through all the details with me, gave me plenty of options and then helped me narrow it down to my dream sofa!
