We recently purchased sofas after not having done so for over 15 years, and the experience was exceptional thanks to Sunil. From the start, he guided us with genuine expertise and patience, never rushing us and giving us all the time we needed to make the right decision. He made sure we carefully considered every aspect of our requirements, from comfort and style to practicality. This was by far the best sofa-buying experience we’ve had, and Sunil is without question the best salesperson in the branch. Highly recommended.

Popped in Saturday 7/12 for a look, saw what we wanted and asked all the relevant questions. Left the store to think about it and measure up at home. Next day returned and bought what we wanted, sales girl was saying it's the quickest sale process she had ever done. Would like to thank Barry, Slough branch for his help on Sat.

I was informed by email on 20th November that delivery of my sofa would be on the 26th November. I duly took the day off work to accept delivery only to be told by email at 0825hrs on the 26th November that delivery will now be on the 2nd December!! Totally unacceptable especially as I was informed at the time of purchase on 8th October, that delivery would be 6 weeks and possibly 5 if all went well.
This will be my very last purchase from Sofology.

I placed an order on 14th November (Customer service in the store was good), but had a change of mind and called the very next day (15th November) to request a cancellation. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours.
It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received a single call back. I’ve phoned customer service several times, and each time I’m told that a note has been added to the system — but no actual update or progress.
What I find frustrating is that on Trustpilot reviews, Sofology often replies quickly, asking customers to provide their order number so someone can look into it. If the customer service team can respond so promptly here, why can’t the same level of care be given when customers call directly?
I’m simply waiting for a clear update on my cancellation request. At the moment, the communication has been very disappointing.
