Sofology - Straiton Edinburgh Avis 

I had such a lovely experience at Sofology choosing a sofa for my first home. Jonathan was fantastic – friendly, approachable and always on hand if I had any questions.

What I appreciated most was being able to wander around and take my time without feeling pressured in any way. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, while still knowing there was help available whenever I needed it.

I'm so excited for my sofa to arrive and would definitely recommend Sofology to anyone looking for a stress-free furniture shopping experience. Thank you, Jonathan, for making it such a positive experience!

The process was pretty straight forward particularly being able to complete the order from the comfort of my home. The only negative point was that the sales person in the showroom said the sofas would take up to 11 weeks to arrive but the website and order confirmation said from 11 weeks. We are hoping they will arrive sooner rather than later.

Johnathon was very helpful at showing us the ranges of sofas that suited our requirements.
Once we had come to a decision on the sofas we wanted to purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the purchasing procedure , ensuring that we were completely happy with our choice, estimated delivery date, etc.

Colin was extremely helpful from the beginning he helped with colour style and sizing to fit the right sofa for us.
He never pressured us to buy then and there and when we came back a few days later he was happy to see us and just as helpful!

Great selection of sofas and the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They really took time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and suited my needs.

What I liked about this experience, was from the moment my friend and I walked into the shop we were made welcome and were not hounded by staff when we were looking around (which can be so annoying). The salesman Harrison couldn't be more helpful,( such a lovely guy) he had the patience of a saint as we were in the shop a good few hours picking and trying different sofas eventually settling on a suit. Compared to other shops we were in that day I would say Sofology had more of a different selection and reasonably priced.
