Duella was very helpful and, friendly and guided us through the process so well. We have bought a beautiful set of sofas and chairs and now plan more for another room... thanks to the great service and products. Roll on 6 weeks when it all arrives!

Kai welcomed us to the store and gave us time to have a good look around store . When we needed help Kai was available to answer questions we had . At no time did Kai make us feel under pressure. We purchased our choice of sofa and Kai went out of his way to get 2 samples for us to confirm at home the correct colour choice .

My husband went after a bad experience in DFS. Kaitlin was really helpful and he FaceTimed me whilst he was there. We finally ordered exactly what we wanted as we have a lounge with lots of doors and a weird shape.

Our assistant went above and beyond looking after us. We had very specific requirements and she guided us through all the options they had. We also have a very awkward and narrow access to the property which involves stairs about which I was very anxious. She looked at all that with us and did a thorough investigation to ensure the delivery personnel could navigate and deliver the sofa.

She was unfailingly charming and polite. I can't rate her highly enough.

There is a good selection of sofas, the store is laid out very well and very clean which added to a pleasant experience.

Brilliant Service from Kaitlin .

It’s been a few months and I can say this is the worse sofa ever, poorly made, faulty parts, sagging cushioning, it’s painful to sit on, as a disabled older woman this sofa has NOT met my expectations.

They have repaired it once and it’s fault again - you don’t pay over £2 k for a sofa and 5 months and to date 7 months have asked for it to to be replaced, no one is listening , I am in pain and feel ripped off

We received excellent service at Sofology. Both Megan and Marta were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We bought an Ascot sofa from you 6 months ago and were helped by Marta. She was brilliant. So helpful and patient (it’s a big decision!) It was for this reason that we went back to see Marta at Sofology for 2 new sofas for our living room. We were not disappointed.
