Sofology - Wednesbury Avis 

Harrison was brilliant. He was helpful, non-pushy and knowledgeable. He provided us with more useful nuggets of information than DFS, the Italian place and Oak Furniture store. We appreciate good customer service and Harrison delivered.

Quick and easy

I bought a Sofa from sofology the Allure corner sofa. The sofa did not even survive 5 months of use. The leather started to peel in different areas. Reason was given we were using the sofa. A sofa is not for show is it is for use, my hands will go on there so will body oils. It doesn't mean the sofa should start to detoriate so early. I understand a year or 2 after sofas looses their look but it shouldn't peel to the point where the white cushion is showing. Im definitely sure this is not pure leather its mixed with plastics. I bought the sofa for nearly £4000 pounds. Please save yourself and do not buy from sofology. The worst quality sofa I have ever seen and used

Would highly recommend Yameen (Yammy) at Sofology Wednesbury. Recently purchased 2 new sofas over the May Bank Holiday. Yameen was polite, professional and adopted the no pressure sales approach which was perfect. I found him very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do a deal with. We’ve just left the store after buying a new chair for my dad. By far the most amazing staff and atmosphere of all of the stores, we visited them all! Patrycja was brilliant, so helpful and took extra time to make sure my dad was happy with everything and able to use the technology. All of the staff were helpful and approachable without ever feeling pushed, harassed or hovered over.
We will be back when it’s time for our next sofa! Thanks

Very clean store, welcoming sofologist who helped me find the sofa I'd seen on the website. Explains all options in the range and was very knowledgeable, no pressure at all to purchase anything

We had a fantastic service from Yameen at Sofology. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with us whilst we decided between two sofas we liked and the colour we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He offered us lots of different options and went through different payment plans available. He gave us ample time to decide and never rushed us. He is a credit to the Sofology team.
