The instore service was both friendly and professional. They have a good range of products on display. However, there is very little difference in the physical footprint or size of the models. We have a small house, and it was easy to tell that they all share basically the same frame underneath. It would have been nice to see a few more varied sizing options rather than just different styles.
There was the usual upsell attempt for a "special cleaning kit" and an extended warranty. I never buy these, but the staff were at least pleasant when trying to sell them. There is also zero room for maneuver on the price. The best they could offer was free delivery, which is almost certainly priced in anyway. But again the staff were good there hands will be tied on price.
All in all, though the store was good staff were pleasant, I was happy enough with the experience.

Gemma the sales assistant in the York store was great and made purchasing our sofa incredibly easy, arguably the reason we walked out with a brand new sofa.

Great sofa , was delivered in 2 weeks due cancellation from another customer.
Only 3 stars though, as the £40 leather care pack wasn’t delivered with the furniture, and 3 weeks on, we’ve heard nothing . Im currently in a telephone queue for customer services. Waiting waiting waiting …

I arrived looking for a certain sofa i found online and Miles sales assistant was very helpful, explained what i needed to do and gave me lots of information about taking care of new sofas. Very good service from your staff members

When we walked in we were greeted by Tim, he welcomed us and we had a quick chat then he left us to look round. We didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured into buying which is refreshing. We left to look at other stores however we didn't see anything we liked so went back to Sofology and asked for Tim, we found a sofa we liked and he was very helpful. We also received an email from him afterwards meaning we have direct contact incase of any questions or issues. Great service so far.

The whole process does take a little time but Chris made it as enjoyable as possible. Would definately recommend.

We were helped by a brilluant nember of staff called Tim Jones. He explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. Tim is a crefit to Sofology.

We had a great experience on visiting sofology in York, we weren’t supposed to be making a purchase but we for just the right sofa we were wanting at a reasonable price too, the two team members were very helpful and accommodating especially Tim who went through everything with us, we would recommend Sofology to anyone.
