Been using Softbook for a while now and it works pretty good for what I need. Easy to figure out, nothing too complicated. Uploading files is fast and I didn’t run into any big bugs so far.
Only downside for me is there’s no mobile app yet. I can open it on my phone browser, but it’s kinda small and not super comfy to use.
Overall it does the job and saves me time without any extra hassle.

From the start, I found all the information needed on the home page but when I needed help lovely people from the support got me covered!

The communication between me and students, the billing and access sharing, as well as the overall management of the school, goes so easily, I cannot see any difficulty so far. If I knew that it will be so easy, I would have started earlier. Every moment on the platform was easy and pleasant, I was working without feeling that I am doing any work at all. Not a single dissatisfaction, I only detracted 1 point because there is always room for improvement :)

I like the process, BUT I am waiting for support answer for 2 weeks and still no reaction at all. BTW I need just to change my account email in oder to get a certificate as my privious one is not active anymore.

The first thing that stood out for me is the communication feature. I enjoyed speaking to students without any additional software and found it very easy to help them go through the learning material. Totally recommended if you want to start teaching classes online but don’t know where to start.

I registered on Softbook recently and already tried some features, like creating the profile and subscribing. I didn’t have any problems and the price was very appealing. I think the software is good, but I also can’t say that it is exceptional, there aren’t much features that make it better than the competitors.
