Highly Recommend softpool for Adobe subscription as I have been using it since last 2 years.

Great experience excellent service and main thing fast and polite reply

I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

After purchasing Adobe CC, the subscription stops working within 5–10 days. Each time this happens, they provide a replacement account or group login, but the problem keeps repeating again and again. This constant interruption caused me to miss a client project deadline and suffer a heavy financial loss.

They also promise 2–4K AI credits, but in reality you only receive around 500 credits. When questioned, their response was:

“Everything in the market is done by methods and tricks. Adobe will eventually stop those methods to protect their company. We are trying to figure it out. Let’s hope it will soon.”

This clearly shows they are selling unstable and unofficial access.

After all these issues, when I requested a refund, they said refunds are only possible if their software doesn’t work for 12 hours straight — which is an unfair condition considering the repeated disruptions.

This service is unreliable, risky for professionals, and not suitable if you depend on Adobe for client work.
