Bought a 3 year autocad licence from software distribution.
Worked for a few months then got blocked. Tried to contact support with no success...
Very poor service.

Purchased an Adobe licence through wowcher. Worked for a few months, but then was blocked by Adobe and kicked off their software saying the licence is not a genuine product. Wowcher don't care and told me to contact this useless company who do not respond. AVOID AVOID AVOID Clearly a scam company!

Brought a 12 months subscription Microsoft Office from Wowcher. It worked great for a few months now I can’t access my Microsoft account & it’s saying it’s expired. Contacted Wowcher they said to contact the company in question. Contacted them and got nothing back.

Bought Microsoft Office voucher off Wowcher in February this year. This month the licence has been cancelled by Microsoft and I have lost all access to data stored in One Drive. Contacted Wowcher for a refund as clearly a fraudulent transaction, promoted by them and supplied by a merchant in Belgium, and they refused a refund. Will never buy off Wowcher again. Hope Microsoft investigate further and close down Wowcher as the licences are clearly not legal.

Adobe Photoshop 2023 licentie gekocht. Eerst bleek de downloadlink niet te werken en kreeg toen een nieuwe. Deze werkte wel maar na een tijdje kreeg ik van Adobe de melding dat het hier om een illigale versie zou gaan en de Photoshop app geblokkeerd werd. Toen weer contact gezocht maar nu naar meer dan een jaar nog steeds geen reactie gehad. Wel betaald, geen product. Dit noem ik crimineel gedrag.

Naar aanleiding van de reviews hebben we bij dit bedrijf aangegeven dat we de laptop eerst willen ontvangen voordat we betalen. Er werd ons beloofd dat dit zou gebeuren, maar we zijn nu 4 weken verder en hebben nog steeds niets ontvangen.

Ik ben blij dat ik niet vooruit heb betaald, en ik vind het erg voor alle gedupeerden.

Bought a copy of Office 365 via Wowcher. Never received, even after several emails and WhatsApp messages. Avoid these scammers

it looks like this business is no more as i can't view the website. Wowcher codes don't work and its like pulling teeth to get a response from the page staff and wowcher just send them an email too. wowcher wanted to credit my account but i have no further intention of using them so did refund my card

On January 31, I reached out to the company regarding an issue with my voucher for an Office license. They responded on February 2, indicating that they had manually redeemed my voucher. However, this was the last I heard from them despite repeated attempts to follow up.

I am particularly disappointed that a platform like Wowcher, which I trusted, is associating with companies that do not maintain consistent communication or deliver on their promises. It's concerning to find myself among several others who have faced similar issues.

People, Stay away! It is a scam!

Wowcher affiliate and as others have mentioned seems to be a scam... Ordered office 365.....in Feb.... Still no answer from either...Wowcher or Software Distribution...

I ordered Microsoft Office 365 from Wowcher about 4 weeks ago. Software Distribution are now ignoring my emails and I still haven't received my product.

SCAM - as per other reviews similar situation purchased through wowcher - no further responses being made to contact attempts via email and whatsapp!

I bought a Microsoft 365 Family subscription through Wowcher and was informed to email info @ software-distribution.com. It was confirmed that following the email, within 24 hours, I would receive the license code for the subscription. I emailed on 7th February 2024, and have been chasing ever since to no avail. The complaints team at Wowcher have even chased and also heard nothing. Absolutely abysmal service.

I ordered Autocad Licence despite numerous emails sent to them I did not get my licence.
I checked my Junk and Spam nothing.
Wowcher contacted them failed to respond.
I finally got my money back luckily I paid by Credit Card through my Bank.
Do not trust this company.

Like many others, I also ended up here via Wowcher. It seems to be one guy running a business out of his bedroom and not remotely prepared for scale.
Purchased a MS 365 family subscription, ended up something completely unusable. Has completely stopped responding to emails / WhatsApp.
He seems to dupe people who are not tech friendly, but gets caught out by customers who know what they are doing.
Have chased Wowcher for a refund, lets see what they do.

Downloaded photoshop through Wowcher,
eventually got the code after emails and emails

Finally get everything downloaded to be told by that app i cant use it because its unlicensed and it auto shuts down

Rang the number. No answer.

Emailed the company and am yet to receive response after a month. Poor service and Shocking company

Stay Away

This website does not recognise the voucher code that Wowcher sent me. They will not respond to my emails.

Bought Microsoft Office 365 Personal voucher, through Wowcher. Have redeemed, but still not received the license. Wowcher really difficult to contact (WhatsApp customer 'care' not responding). Have wasted a lot of time being ignored, still don't have the product and the email on the voucher, doesn't work. Feels like a huge scam.

Bought “Microsoft Office 365”. Told to expect an email with code in 24 hours, then 48 hours. Finally 5 days later get a WhatsApp voice message from this guy telling me he’d been in hospital. Eventually got an email with a product - photoshopped Microsoft logo and instructions to open a new Microsoft account, not the download code I was expecting. After numerous WhatsApp messages- me writing, him leaving voice messages- he said he would refund. A week later still waiting for him & Wowcher to refund me

Pleased to say that this has now been resolved and Wowcher are processing a refund for me
