No communication and no refund
I ordered two copies of Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business, which turned out to be for a MAC and I use Windows. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to cancel the order, but I managed to send a message. I received an impersonal and unprofessional reply from 'Shawn Verma' who bluntly told me that a refund would take a long time. I have heard nothing since. This is unacceptable. My credit card should have been refunded within 24 hours, but it has not. I have now contacted the bank. I certainly will not ever order from SoftwareG again.

Some licenses work
Some licenses work, some don't. It's a gamble. After sales support is non-existent. Couldn't get a refund or any help for MS office license that didn't work. That's said, in the past I have purchased a couple of other products from these guys and they did work. Hit and miss basically, but as there are other better alternatives out there I would simply avoid softwareg.

Product - good, support - not really... Only simple instructions are provided to install the product from scratch. No troubleshooting: I had already installed Microsoft 365 on my laptop with the Office suite for online use, and it was interfering with the new software. It took me too much time to successfully figure out the error and solve the problem.

Could not load software
Could not load software. Required ne to unload all my office software and other Microsoft software. Absolutely crap. Even after deleting all the software still could not install the purchased sw.
