Same as others my license key was no longer active. TT said it was assigned to someone else. If you look at the 5 stars they are all about the same review. Really think this company is more of a scam. I asked for help and have received no response. Text and call, nothing just leave a message.

I purchased turbo tax and received a license key which does mot work I opened a ticket a week ago and received nothing but an acknowledgement that a ticket was opened I have tried to contact the company but have been ignored I am aware $100 may not be a lot of money but to me its real I consider this fraud

I am not sure what this company does but this is second time my Turbotax license key was canceled. I purchased both 2024 and 2025 activating the product when received. I purchased TT 2025 in Nov.25 and used the product until last night Mar 3, 2926. I contacted TT customer service and was told the license is not valid and assigned to another email account. This also occurred for TT 2024

SAM was very helphful, I,m 83 and my computer knowledg is very limited. He walked me through it and was very patient with me as i tried to follow instructions. My turbotax is now working and i'mvery greatful. Thank you Sam

I thought I was purchasing a Turbo Tax Deluxe package within minutes, I found it was a membership which I texted back and stated I was not interested and wanted my credit card refunded. I did not recieve a refund as of yet. So beware

Should be prosecuted for fraud. Specifically went to turbo tax, clicked "no thank you" when sdusa popped up. Thought that would be it, but after I paid with a CC, their name is all over 5 or more emails saying I bought their "service". Feel like it's a total scam. Now they signed me up for reoccurring subscription, now there will be unwanted legal problems, as I don't let this crap slide.

Purchased Turbo Tax digitally and NEVER rec'd the license key. I have emailed, called, messaged their pseudo live chat and gotten no reponse. Absolutely ridiculous

Zim did a great job solving my problem.

Gosh! I was so frustrated that I could not download my TurboTax Business, because of error 607. But when I got Zim on the phone, everything was done in minutes. I really appreciate his quick and professional help and courtesy.

I do not understand the value add for this company. I bought MS Excel. It would have been easier to go directly to Microsoft, since all they did is redirect me to their site to buy it.

Instead, I had to create an account on SDUSA, which I have no interest in, and it appears that they will be charging me 20 dollars a month for this account.

I buy software, maybe, once a year. Now I have to figure out how to disentangle myself from this company so I am not robbed of 20 dollars a month.
