It was easy to find what i was looking for and the price was great.

I attempted for many hours to install even had 3 colleagues that knew more about computers than me - between the chat & remote assistance was done in a short amount of time - thank you to Hadi from Software Mart Au

Key worked perfectly and I am up and running.

My experience has been always good with this shop, everything worked as expected, including software authorisation keys.

I purchased, the Microsoft Office Application as I was getting fed up with the constant increase in the price of the 365 option.
I purchased this but had problems initially as there were hangover issues with the 365 product telling me that even after my new install, the programs would stop working in a month.
I initially thought I'd been dubbed with a faulty purchase, but I reached out to them, and credit to them, they were quick to respond, very helpful, and throughout a few emails, and trials, I eventually did a manual removal of the old 365 product, got deep into the computer, and removed it from every area. Once done, I downloaded their link, and then entered the product key supplied and it worked perfectly. No more 365 annual fees, I'm very happy.

Failed installation of office product. Sent a screen shot of issue at their request. Have been ghosted since. No support and no option for a refund due to failure of product. Purchase at your own risk.

Ripped Off by Software Mart selling fake outlook DO NOT BUY

Hadi helped remote to install office 24 where i stuffed up. nothing was to much trouble. i would recomend software mart.

I have bought from Software Mart for around 10 years now and always happy with the good deals. The one time (many years ago) I had a download issue I got personal and helpful support. Highly recommend.

The reason I had to purchase a new license as the previous license I had brought through did not work as I purchased a 5 licence and mirosoft said it was alrady been used but I have only used it once

Response time was OK, Knowledge base of technical was excellent - knew where to go to make the changes necessary to make the product work for me.

This company go above and beyond when helping their people. I just had one of their staff helping me install my programs on the computer. Thank you for your absolutely 5 star service.

Worked fine though i discovered Visio needed installing before office or it gave errors. No idea why. So I had office installed already and had to uninstall then put in Visio and then Office again.

Got a great deal on Office 2024 for 2 iOS devices...best deal I'd seen across the internet. Sale and product delivery was smooth and without incident. Software Mart also extended the expiry date since my new device may have been late on arrival. I had one glitch during the installation (which was my fault) and I contacted Software Mart and they promptly responded with a solution to my problem and I was up and running. Would gladly shop here again without hesitation.

Hadi is a patient man - he resolved a difficult issue with an installation that I had messed up. Did a fantastic job in the support function. I have also purchased software that he made sure that I had installed correctly. I would highly recommend him for all your tech issues.
