I worked with Enrique through 2025 and again recently. At first, I believed I had had a positive experience with SOKOnsulting. Over time, after learning much more about Amazon PPC management, I came to a very different conclusion.

In my experience, the agency was able to keep TACOS at target, but that did not translate into the kind of account improvement I was looking for. I did not see the level of strategic PPC management I expected to help reduce reliance on paid traffic over time through stronger keyword targeting, account structure, and support for organic ranking. In fact, my reliance on PPC stayed exactly the same through 2025 and I did not initially appreciate how much that mattered because revenue was growing and TACOS remained on target.

In my view, too many campaigns were launched without enough precision, and some of the keyword research I was given appeared poorly aligned with my products and goals, including suggested target terms that did not make sense to me for the account.

Another major concern was the level of ongoing optimization. During my more recent time under contract (a contract any potential clients need to read carefully), I saw only one bid optimization in a 15-day period. That was not consistent with the level of active management I believed I was paying for.

I raised these concerns during the engagement. Ultimately, I lost confidence that the account was being managed with the level of care, precision, and strategic thinking I wanted.
