Absolutely 5 star work from Jonathan and his team, a few hiccups but nothing they couldn't handle swiftly and didn't hold up the job. From start to finish have recommended to my neighbours already. Quick note from note OH great to see scaffold done properly and left the place clean and tidy.

Solar and battery installed with no issues. Great communications and the trades where top quality. Really pleased with the whole process and the second time I have used them.

From the moment I decided to have solar panels fitted and buy them through Ovo because they were giving me some free panels as an Ovo customer , Acer planned and carried out the work in two weeks.
Everyone involved in the project was very professional. Every aspect of the procedure was explained in detail and the electrician and the roofer who did the installation were efficient and did a very neat job which is working well for me.
Acer also guided me to finance arrangements where I could spread the cost if I so wished.
Altogether a very satisfactory outcome.

My husband and I have just had a Heat Pump, Hot Water Cylinder and 4 radiators supplied and fitted by Jonathon and his team.

From initial contact, the communication and advice was first class and we felt entirely comfortable choosing them to provide the service. On the job itself, the team were absolutely brilliant in every way, dealing with issues that arose, keeping us informed and generally just getting on with the job with minimal intrusion. We were really impressed by the quality of the workmanship, the tidying and cleaning on completion, and the care and attention they took around my restricted mobility, recovering from a broken hip.

The whole experience was friendly and simply made you feel this was a company you could trust.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump, HW Cylinder and 7 radiators fitted all with new controls and weather compensation.

Jonathan and his team were outstanding from start to finish. From the initial quote and heat loss survey through to installation, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. Jonathan gave us complete confidence right from the beginning and had clear answers to every question, no matter how specific.

The team arrived on time, carried out exactly what they said they would, and left everything exceptionally tidy. The installation was far less disruptive than I had expected, which made the whole experience even better.

The company Acer that installed the panels had also installed an Air Source Heat Pump System for us three years previously. We decide to install the panels because we knew Acer to be a first class company with first class customer care. The installation process from start to finish was easy and pain free. We now have an excellent system powering the house and exporting to the grid. Doing our bit for the environment and saving money. Win win all round Thank you Acer . Another great job.

Contacted OVO for a quote and some queries and immediately felt valued . Was put directly in touch with the area install manager who quickly and efficiently put a proposal together , visited the site and explained everything . It was a breathe of fresh air to deal directly with a real human single point of contact to answer all my queries and help with the whole admin process .. on acceptance the install team were up within a month .. really nice guys who did a great job ..no messing about and pride in their work . After care personal contact continues with the same team which is very reassuring .Very very good service and highly recommended.

From start to finish, Greg and the team were exceptional. Excellent technical knowledge led to the selection of a great specification of equipment. Work was carried out on time and to a standard that more than pleased my very critical eye. Such a friendly bunch to work with as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Aware of the considerable expense of having solar panels fitted, I had several quotes from different solar companies; but Greg and his team were by far the most genuine and competent experts to explain our options. Our solar requirement was slightly more complicated due to us having a wind turbine to tie into a battery as well, but our concerns and questions were answered fully and honestly. Any queries that Greg couldn't directly answer were quickly dealt with through his contacts with OVO. The fitting and connection were done to the highest standard and we could not fault the attention to detail throughout the process. We have been delighted with the results and would have no hesitation with recommending this company to others.

My gas boiler had packed in and decided to investigate a heat pump. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, arrived when he said he would and provided all the details.

We decided to take the plunge. They explained the grant process and agreed an installation date. They did a first class installation, neat and tidy and explained how to operate the new system. They can monitor it remotely and make sure it runs as efficient as possible.

We are very pleased with the heat pump, I am no longer burning gas and we are getting the gas meter removed. I’ll be in touch with the guys in the new year for a chat about solar!
