Solar Battery Group Avis

Made an enquiry to their website, I was contacted promptly by email, followed up by a telephone conversation. Very knowledgable and helpful. Was given a keen price and a promise of prompt dispatch. System arrived all as specified on a two day delivery.
Installation planned and commenced, still to be commissioned.

I have previously placed a complimentary report because the salesman sounded nice and convincing. Big mistake. However, the results after they installed a very expensive battery system that did not work made me realize that the person was dishonest and was only interested in his commission. The system installed in May 2023 was faulty and never commissioned. The excuse I got at the time was that there was not enough sun to charge the batteries which I mentioned at the time. The batteries were not charged but only a minimal of 25% which diminished to 0% after a while. I was very patient with them and they give me excuses they were ignoring my messages and their means of communication was WhatsApp. They were resetting their WhatsApp account thinking that their messages will be deleted. They were trying to get money by offering maintenance contracts for a system that never worked and they violated my consumer rights according the consumer act of 2015 and the terms of warranty. I had to get in touch with the manufacturers in China for help and support and after extensive tests the system on line was found to be faulty and they sent a replacement. The Solar Battery Group refused to come and install it so I’m finally taking action against them. Warning to everyone who might decide to use their products or services. Aske them for written terms and conditions of warranties, certificates of compliance and building as well as Electrical installation certificate. Do not pay any deposit and they final payment should be only and when the system is fully working and productive.

Very busy company. Good communication from intelligent well informed staff. Battery installed when they said they would. Well pleased with the result

Did everything they said they would quickly, efficiently and with excellent communications (on Whatsapp mainly). Units all installed and working in under a week. Market best price too. Thank you to the sales and fitting crew.

Extremely efficient service from this company. Battery arrived safely and was fitted at a time to suit me with no problems what so ever. Cost was very competitive for supply and fitting, excellent company to deal with

Great value for money and responsive to questions I had before purchasing a (replacement) battery & inverter system. My only issue was a delay in the installation (fitters had COVID), otherwise very easy to deal with.
Fitters were friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Really clear communication.

Excellent work and done in a good timeframe

Excellent follow uo

The company who installed my previous solar installation wanted to charge me twice as much as Solar Battery Group for the same system (with the same battery units).

The process was quick, easy, and the install was faultless.

If you're looking for a battery install, I would recommend checking them out!

Fantastic prices and bundles, orders came fast same as the response time via phone call and whatsapp.

Thanks so much!

I sent an e-mail via the contact form on their website and someone got back to me within a couple of hours. Took my order but there was an issue with the courier - not surprising as I live in the Highlands of Scotland. They called to apologise and let me know the order would be delayed a couple of days whilst they used an alternative shipper. Goods arrived on time; they even called me on the delivery day to make sure it had all arrived and talked me through the installation process.
Would definitely use them again; superb customer service.

Very reliable company. Great installation team. Everything went smoothly on the day agreed. Would recommend & use again.

Familiar trusted brands - website is completely straight forward and easy to understand, they also have fantastic price bundles - the replacement for my ac charger and 5kw battery storage was a smooth success.

Thank you and highly recommend!
