SolarBox were great. I made a mistake when selecting the shipping method (chose pickup), and they still delivered to me. This was an absolute blessing. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Price was right, delivery was good duration.
Product was top quality .
Wish you held stock of smaller mega fuse sizes but that's about it.

Bought a Victron Interface MK3-USB-C. One of the cheaper prices I found online (not that I looked overly hard) and reasonably quick postage. Ordered the 31/01/24 and recieved 06/02/24

Hi Kristian we are very sorry to hear that your package has not been delivered yet.
We just tried to call you now but couldn't reach you.
Please note that we have been operating on Skeleton staff during the Christmas / New Year period so we don't have back up operators for our phone line like we usually would do.
We were only notified Friday when you left a voicemail that you were experiencing delays with your order and came back to you right away with an update from the courier.
We are sorry for the delay with your order sometimes these things happen. Hopefully this will get resolved soon and we will keep you updated via Email.

Great customer service and Support. Very good communication. Promptly responded to queries. I had an issue with delayed delivery due to delivery Company.
