Absolute bunch of COWBOYS

Mo, the engineer called and spent 20mins looking at an error code , batteries disconnected.

Messed around with a few settings and then told me the invertor was incompatible with the batteries and quoted me £2495.00 to replace the invertor with the same make and model - after he just told me they invertor and batteries were incompatible!!!!!!!

I telephoned thier office, and as to date, you've guessed it, no one has replied.

Use at your own peril

First engineer rang to let us know he was going to be late. The second engineer didn't phone to let us know he was going to be late, and also had trouble finding us.
Steve who I spoke to in the office. Wa always very helpful.
Both engineers carried out the work efficiently. So very pleased with that.

Arrived on time, was helpful, Louis explained everything well and answered our questions about other aspects of solar stuff.

Very efficient process from first call to appointment, and engineer was able to fix the issue there and then. I don't know whether pricing is competitive or not because I have not experienced other service companies. However I'm pleased that my solar panels are functioning once again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly and dis a thorough job repairing the fault to the solar system, highly recommended.

I had to arrange an inspection and maintenance visit in the house where my elderly disabled father lives (a long way from me), and apart from effectively diagnosing and solving some technical issues the team were very good at the "softer" issues involved in being in the house of a vulnerable client.

Arranging the appointment was straight forward and confirmed by Text Message. Dom arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault with my Solar Panel system and had replacement equipment on his truck. The system was up and running within a couple of hours.

I phoned this company on the Thursday morning as our meter wasnt working. The lady on reception was very helpful and booked us in the following day. I had a confirmation email and text with details of engineers name. Later that Thursday the engineer called to say he could visit us that day as near the area. Arrived on time and sorted out the problem replaced our inverter and all working. Would definitely recomend this company.

Good approach to the job. Fully conversant with the setup. Good explanation of the system and where the problem was. Able to provide spare parts and solve the problem on the spot. The only down side was the price of the components which was substantial. The workmanship was very good and the follow up with the customer was very good. Thoroughly recommended.
