SolarShop App is completely fraud. It is missusing CANADIAN SOLAR COMPANY's name. I am the victim myself. Lost my money by trusting on this app. The Logo, video and other contents has been copied from the website of Original CANADIAN SOLAR COMPANY; which clearely declared on their official website that they never launches any kind of online investment/earning app.
The fraudsters add you to a what'sapp group. You see 2 group admins there. On of them itroduces herself as 'Joanne' who is socalled manager of SolarShop (also whatsapp number given in the app) having Mobile Number based on U.k. (+44).
She traps the members with complete planning to make fool of all members.
Initially I got 12 withdrawals out of my amount invested. After trust building I started to invest more than I earned. After my joining (within 1 month) I have not received withdrawals in my account. Last successful withdrawal I got on 22th June 2023.
After that they started to blackmail all the members stating there Office and server is bursted in fire and need support from all members. For the sake of that she demanded 1000 to 30000 Rupees to invest (for reinstalling/ purchase new computer room/server for her office) so that the pending withdrawals of the members could be initiated.
All the members who didn't recharge the demanded amount were blocked declaring them as invalid members.
But the story of this Scam of Crores (Minimum according to me) is not stopped till now.
They are looting new members continuously.
I request not to istall or invest in SolarShop App. Please save your hard-earned money.

In December 2020 I bought a solar kit from here. At the beginning everything was good. I've been well-advised and an engineer from Solarshop assembled a solar-kit that fits my needs. The problem started when I installed the solar kit three months later. The batteries didn't work properly. A few minutes after sun down there was no more electricity.
I contacted solarshop about this problem, and we came to the conclusion that there have been battery acid spilled during transportation.
I have been promised by Solarshop, that they will order sulfuric acid and fix the batteries.
After that my e-mails hadn't been replied any more for weeks. When I called them on the phone (after over two months of waiting) they said that the acid will arrive probably next week, and then again no more answers.
After 6 month passed and the batteries still didn't work,
I had to buy new batteries from another company
Before the problem with the battery everything was fine, they also answered my e-mails very rapidly until they couldn't fix the problem with the batteries. I would have preferred it, if they simply had told me, that they can't do anything about it.
Everything else (panels, inverter, charger) are still running perfect and had a very good price (7.6.23).
In short: I would recommend solarshop.pt for cables and products of Victron Energy but not for batteries.
