Quality kitchen designed and fitted on time and any slight snags resolved quickly and effectively.
Mess and waste tidy-up promptly. Every trade person I had to deal with have been professional and approachable.
Good communication between head of each profession and polite friendly office staff. I am very impressed and content with my new kitchen.

Don't like to leave bad reviews. On this occasion it is warranted. Had boiler fitted 2nd Dec in the process of fitting my kitchen tiles got damaged. Since Dec 2nd 34-37 call later I am still waiting for it to be sorted. The manager/supervisor Alan is supposed to be dealing with it but he does not take your calls no does he reply. Eventually got a date for replacement tiles which was the 3rd Feb wasted a full day numerous calls only to be rang late in the afternoon informing me they would not be coming and someone would be there 4th Feb at 8am and guess what. Still waiting on job and tradesman and the manager Alan does not take my calls no does he reply. I was even refused the Company's head office contact. STAY CLEAR of this company

This company also operates as "AJ Keith", and if you read THEIR reviews, you'll understand why they needed to have a separate online identity.

Do not be fooled by a handful of well curated reviews here, and read the multiple lamentations of dissatisfied customers on the AJ Keith review site.

It's too late for most of us, as we are stuck with unsafe kitchen cupboards, wonky sinks, and "nEw" bathtubs lined in black mould. When you draw their attention to these matters, and if you're one of the lucky few they actually respond to, expect some patronising representative to exclaim, "how did this happen???"

They don't take responsibility for faulty parts, bad workmanship, or irresponsible practise.

This could be because they've been awarded the YHN contract, so their failing business gets propped up by taxpayers for the foreseeable future.

Solar Solutions recently installed a solar system for us ,complete with batteries.
The service was super efficient and very well executed., 1st day scaffolding erected, following day complete installation, following day scaffolding removed. Very impressive. The system is working extremely well.

Prompt, efficient, no mess. Very quickly fitted panels. Minimal disruption.

From the first to the last, each and every person who worked with us was brilliant. We talked through our options at length and at no point were we blinded by the science(!), the scaffold was put up quickly and taken down the day after the installation (which itself was completed extremely professionally). We've since been in touch with various questions about how to use the system to its full potential and have received quick and helpful replies each time. Keith even popped over to clean up some dust! All in all, I cannot recommend them enough

Solar solutions installed my 4.1 kW solar panels and 5.9 kW battery in just one day, they guys worked none stop in -2 conditions even through the snow showers and the guys that worked inside left the place cleaner than what it was when they arrived. Had a few little snags but the guys got it sorted quickly. If your after solar then give these guys a call. Excellent service all round.

This is a local company based in Wallsend, Newcastle and has been very professional throughout the whole process.
They work with the customer to get great results on PV and battery installation.
From Keith the on site surveyor, to the Scaffolding lads, the Electrician fitting the system, and Dave the back up and advice expert you cannot go wrong with the excellent service.
The company is very competitive on price, and local to me ,resulting in myself choosing them above the other three company's who quoted.
