Terrible service and terrible quality

Terrible service and terrible quality. Took months to get my order, and a few months in the solar light completely failed. The website cites "hand crafted right here in Australia" but its all outsourced, no care, no responsibility.

While there was a delay with your order, this certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Regarding the solar light failure, this may have been a fault with the light itself, and we would have absolutely replaced this for you under our replacement guarantee had we been made aware.

We’d also like to clarify that our plaques are designed, manufactured and assembled here in Adelaide, South Australia. Some individual components are sourced (as is common in manufacturing), however every plaque is custom made and assembled in-house by our team.

Terrible

I was sent incorrect numbers and have been waiting for 4 months to receive the correct one.
Now they are not responding to my emails!
I got a response finally after this review but still no eta. Same response, same excuses. This was ordered as we are in a remote area and require signage. My husband is ill which is why I ordered it. I need it now!

ORDER NOT RECEIVED AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

We placed an order early April and have had no correspondence or emails regarding when it will be delivered. We have sent multiple emails requesting information with no reply. This is disgusting service, we have ordered products before the the delays were huge but to not respond to a customers email is appalling

Avoid this company..

After waiting 7 weeks and 6 days to finally get my product, it arrived faulty. I have emailed and attempted to contact these people 4 TIMES. Not a single reply or apology. The plaque was $137 and feels like a cheaply made product. Vinyl has multiple bumps underneath all of the letters and numbers, cannot understand how that can happen when the plaque is completely smooth. My product was sitting at their warehouse for 7 WEEKS, already done and no one checked it? Numbers are unequally spaced as well as letters being crooked, numbers are too far down the sign which squished everything onto the plaque.
Next time, maybe check the work prior to sending it out and actually reply to complaints.

Edit:
As you can see, they will also reply to your complaints promising it has been promptly resolved, yet they will yet AGAIN miss half of your order and send an even worse plaque as a replacement. What an absolute joke!

I would just like to clarify that we have been in contact via email and have already arranged a full replacement plaque for you, which has now been completed, carefully checked, and is being dispatched to you now.

Your missing BinGuard stickers have also been included.

All of our plaques are custom-made and assembled here in our Adelaide workshop, and while delays and issues are rare, when something doesn’t meet our standard, we take it seriously and act quickly to resolve it, as we have in this case.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make it right. I’m confident your replacement will reflect the quality we stand behind.

Update:

We have since provided a full replacement plaque in good faith.
As the customer has advised they are still not satisfied, we have now offered a full refund upon return of the items, along with a prepaid return label to make the process as simple as possible.

We are committed to resolving this matter promptly once the return has been completed.

The product looks pretty good whoever

The product looks pretty good. the front piece that gets the lazer cut is just hard plastic. but the wait time is long!!!!!!!!!!!!!, they will drip feed you emails telling you it on the product line, its being prepared,its looking great and it goes on and on,etc etc. would i order again yes but would prefer if there were more realistic about the wait time . ordered 26th Jan received 18th March.

Takes Way Too Long To Arrive

Ordered and paid for a house ‘plaque’ with solar lights and engraved number and street name. Looked nice.

We ordered on 27 Dec 2025.

It is now Feb 3 2026 and, as of today, still no sign of our purchase.

The guys behind us have built half a new house in that time!

On time? Trustworthy? Reliable? I’ll let you decide.

If the order eventually arrives I’ll review it and adjust my comments accordingly.

After a lo—ng time the item arrived. Works and looks as it should, eventually.
Consequently, I’ve moved from 1 to 2 stars. 🌟

Will I order again? Nah.
