Awful.
Ordered online, received a confirmation of order but no communication for several days even though the website states next day delivery. Called the store and was told my order would be despatched later that day and I should receive and email from DPD. No email by the evening so I called again and the member of staff thought I ordered a different shoe to the one I did and was told it would be sent out once the store closed. Called this morning and was told they didn't actually have the size I had ordered in stock. Politely asked for a refund. Terrible company with no communication, or knowledge of what they are doing, avoid at all costs.
Absolute Rubbish - Avoid At All Cost
About 3 years ago (2012) I attempted to buy some Asics trainers from Soleheaven.com; without doubt, the worst experience I've had when (trying) to purchase over the internet. Basically, all I received was an automated e-mail acknowledgment concerning the order and then they took my money immediately, and then NOTHING. After 3 weeks I e-mailed them three times to ask what was happening after not receiving the order or hearing from them to say that perhaps there was a problem with my order, and I heard nothing for another 2 weeks; I also asked for a refund if the order could not be fulfilled. I then got an e-mail saying, "didn't you get this e-mail that was sent to you" (?), which essentially said that there was a problem at the factory with the trainer and would not be back in stock (and forwarding me a SUPPOSEDLY sent e-mail, that I had actually never received), and also asked if I wanted to choose an alternative shoe. I did not believe that e-mail was actually sent to me, but said I would consider another option. A week later I contacted them to say that "I would actually prefer a refund instead", but nearly another 2 weeks later and it had not been undertaken. It was then that I really laid into them, and demanded an immediate refund (giving a maximum 10 days to so sort it out), otherwise I would be contacting my bank to get my money back through the CHARGEBACK procedure. Lo and behold, they took notice and duly refunded me, otherwise the company would have been fined by their own bank (as I understand it). In short, do not buy anything from them.
Never received so poor customer service :(
