First off, this product is as described. It's a unique item that's really cool to have to protects your floors. That aside, I ordered the wrong item by mistake, and they bent over backwards to stop the wrong item from leaving LA to save me an added shipping cost. It was an overall ideal experience. Brians machine was delivered two days after his review. Brian continued to say thank you for our help and wanted to amend his review but trustpilot doesn't have a link to send to him to amend it as he could not find the original link. Hopefully he will view this message and amend his score for our product.
