After an initial visit from Solent Renewables to discuss our needs and budget, in no time at all, we received and accepted the quote. We were building an extension to the roof where some of the panels would be placed and Solent Renewables worked in and around our schedule to get the panels fitted. The battery system was fitted within a couple of weeks of us being ready for it to be installed. The installation was extremely neat and took into account all our requirements. Overall we are extremely pleased with the solar and battery combination. We have been living almost entirely without using any grid power since the system was commissioned. What a great local company, would highly recommend.

Very fast and efficient service. The process only took 6 weeks from my initial enquiry to having a working system fitted and producing solar power.Installation was handled by profesional and friendly fitters who explained the whole system to me.

Extremely responsive from initial enquiry through to installation, taking into considerations some key deadlines we had in obtaining a grant towards the cost of the solar panels.
Installation completed promptly and as per schedule without any delays. Being a busy office, we were very appreciative of being asked when was a suitable time for any noise or disruption, and often worked around various meetings and room availability.
Extremely tidy in the area where they were working and excellent Health and safety measures.
Following installation, the after sales service has been extremely good and nothing has been too much trouble.

Excellent service from start to finish. We made the initial enquiry in March 2023 for a panel system with battery and received a very competitive quotation shortly after which we accepted. We then had a visit from the assessor to confirm our requirements & the suitability of our property for the system and finally installation which was just before Easter. It was all done within two & half days and the installation team were very polite, hard working & tidy. We then received a follow up call just over a week later to confirm we were happy & to answer any odd queries we had with the set-up options on the app - they had already remotely checked & changed a set-up issue we had caused dabbling! We couldn't fault any part of the experience & highly recommend them!

We contacted them about a battery system and they replied within 24 hours. Good clear explanation of what they would do and their workmanship was excellent. Friendly manner and after sales support is fantastic. I would highly recommend Solent renewables to anyone that needed solar
